Whataburger on Nacogdoches by Thousand Oaks AVOID IT! Staff cursing, multiple times, over 25 minutes for 2 small burgers straight off the menu. Somehow, the staff on 3-9-24 caught a bag of food on fire, and 4 people stood around it and didn't know what to do. Saw one employee wearing her apron as she came out of the bathroom. Very unhygienic. Brought us our order, wasn't ours, 30 minutes later. Fries were cold and so were the burgers.

I have been very unsatisfied with the customer service and food accuracy at this specific Whataburger for the last three visits, something is going on with management or their speaker system is not working because they DON'T get the order correct. Making the food all over doesn't make up for the inconvenience of driving again or missing food for someone who is not able to eat. They also forgot my cookie!! ?

My uncle and I were both treated very poorly by the management at Whataburger. My uncle's experience was with Mr. Todd W, and mine was on a different occasion. Today, I spoke to the owner Mr. Abraham Rodriguez about the incidents, hoping to resolve the issue. While I love Whataburger, I cannot recommend this particular establishment due to our negative experiences.

First time to eat at this WhataBurger location. It is conveniently within 1/2 mile of where I now live. This restaurant meets the franchises high standards of sanitation & cleanliness. Expecting more customers at noon since it is on busy Nacogdoches Rd with great signage. Disappointed they were no longer carrying their delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger. Optred for a small cheese bacon burger instead, onion rings and a strawberry shake. Good but not extraordinary.
You see that looks like a tea when it’s suppose to be Dr Pepper. That’s how all my drinks are, not watered down but flat out flat. The lady told me she was waiting for them to change it, I guess she decided she’ll just give me the old stuff - THAT SHE KNEW NEEDED TO BE CHANGED.

Never have I ever been so disappointed by my favorite fast food chain. Got out of the gym around 3am and headed right over to get some food before heading to the house. Dude that took our order did NOT give a flying f**k, just the demeanor in which he spoke to us (I had my 2 roommates with me) was just giving me massive red flags. Not only did he seem almost annoyed that we were there, our order was so off that I think they stuck a 3 year old behind the screen and called it good. The lady that ran my card was nice enough, but $37 for 3 people at FAST FOOD is ridiculous. It's good, but not that good. Hell, it wasn't even correct
