I was not a fan of Whataburger when I first moved to Texas. This Whataburger changed my mind. The staff is always polite. The restaurant is always clean, decorated for holidays/occasions, and inviting. I’ve gone to several whataburger in San Antonio, hands down this is the best one. Also, their Diet Dr. Pepper is delicious!!

Not sure what is the big deal with this place. Burgers are underwhelming. The only thing i like are the onion rings, they came out hot & crispy. Otherwise, it's just meh.

I honestly do not understand how hard it is to make the order correctly. NO MUSTARD MEANS NO MUSTARD. side of gravy means gimme that side of gravy I paid for. Yall literally only sell food. Why must you mess up customers orders so frequently. My food was ready immediately as I got to the window. You can’t tell me that you couldn’t take an extra two minutes to ensure the order was made correctly ? Now I gotta waste my time to come back and get the order made correctly? ::::update::: so I went back and the girl at the front who I’m assuming was the manager because she handled the situation beautifully. She did offer to give me my money back and feed me for free. To which I politely declined because I don’t need anything for free. Thank you for being so kind and understanding when I broke down out of frustration, whatever your name is. When you have kids and a full time job, your time and money is precious. Thank you for being so kind I will be coming back. But will be sure to check every single item despite having to hold up the line to do so. Morale of the story….. check the bag.

This spot is about as good as it gets when it comes to Whataburger restaurants. The food is freshly made and presented well, and the service is professional, courteous, and prompt.

I'm a bit puzzled 🫤 I did the survey on the receipt to get a free whataburger and all I had to do was pay for the fries and drink. So I went to the register and got it but, it literally cost more at $12.31 to redeem it then it would've to just get the meal through the app.
