We left with our drinks & got home. There was a long skinny bug in the unsweetened tea, possibly ice machine. My sweet tea was good.

Employee charged me $7 for a medium coffee and did not give me my reciept after making a show of sticking it in the bag with the creamer and sugar.

Took my order bagging orders getting drinks running to back for supplies and taking other orders this cashier needs a raise he is doing the most for this company and the company needs to recognize his efforts please give Frank F. A promotion he truly deserves it thank you.

Very bad service the manager with glasses and a little mustache and hes white and very young for him not being able to run all the workers is all over the place mostly chatting around and taking long on orders this happened on April.21.2025 at 11:00 am shift. Corporate office needs to fire this young man smh.

I didn't have Whattaburger until I moved to Texas. Have been to Whattaburger 3 times now and haven't been disappointed. Absolutely love the double meat or patty melt
