I LOVE WHATABURGER. I HATE THE WHATABURGER ON BROADWAY. I’m not sure if this is where whataburger does the training for the the whole franchise but I now am committed to avoiding this restaurant. The food that is prepared here will be prepared incorrectly, slowly and they will use old food that has been sitting for way too long. The fries here are Guaranteed to be cold and limp. The service is bad. Please go to a different location because this place will be a waste of your time and money

I ordered two kids meals for my kids a salad for my mother and a number five for myself and it took them 30 minutes to give me my order I had to get up two times to speak to the manager wondering about my order he said that they were having a big order through the drive-through my kids were extremely hungry and had to wait after the second time I got up asking for my order she asked in the back and found my food on a tray he didn’t even give me the kids meal sides I had to ask for them mommy and he also told me that The reason they were taking a long time is because they Didn’t have the grilled chicken for the salad they took this salad 10 minutes after I brought in my meal to the table and gave it to another table that was sitting close by we had to flag down the lady and tell her that that was our order horrible experience the manager was not catering to our needs and diminishing our requests there was also the lady that brought our food to the table her clothes were really dirty and that just looked disgusting there was also another tall Caucasian looking lady that was screaming out the peoples order number as if it was a jail I was very disappointed with the overall ambience and atmosphere no one ever approached us asking us if we needed napkins pepper like it always happens in other Whataburger locations around Texas

Got Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger. Got two bone dry patties, one slice of cheese, no sauce, one strip of bacon. There was table salt on top for some reason, so it just tasted like salt. Genuinely disturbed. I've always had something wrong with my order going here but the employee responsible for this can't have been lucid.

I live near this location and during the regular hours they are great. But after hours it sucks. How can we have a 24 hour business and not having the staff for it.
No disrespect on the crew working tonight but it’s totally unfair for both the employees and the customers. @WHATABURGER LETS DO BETTER FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND THE CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE.
out of all the whataburgers ive been to, this definitely was my favorite. not only was the staff super friendly and outgoing but the service was extremely fast and the food was delicious. thank you again!! not sure of the younger and older mans name, but keep up the great work!

Staff is very rude and waits for you to come back to the counter when your food is ready. They said my food was almost done, so I sat and waited about 15 minutes then decided to ask again. They proceeded to tell me yeah its been ready for 10 minutes. After they clearly knew I was there for my order they didn't decide to inform me. Had to eat cold food when I got home.
