Please, please, please, do yourself a favor and check your order and make sure you have all the items you ordered and paid for. Do it. It will save you time and money later. Within the last six months, I have gone to this one location for breakfast four different times, and every time, I have had to do a u turn down the block or in the parking lot because something was missing. Most of the time it is the hash browns, or breakfast sandwich, this time it was a whole pancake platter. Unfortunately, this time I made it home and forgot to check my order. I guess I remember when Whataburger used to be much more dependable when it came to their service. What baffles me is that Whataburger is not a fast food restaurant that is known for their speed. You wait a little while to put in your order and pay before finally getting your order. This is fine when it means you get fresh food, and your order is correct. What do they do at the drive up window with that time that could be used to make sure the customer gets their correct order?? Hmm ..... This time I called, spoke to management and told her what happened. Yup, I got a name and was told to come with the receipt when I came by again in the future. It's ok. I think I'll skip the next time.

We had ordered two meals and it took them over an hour to “get our food” , I would have left at 20 minutes but I’m not the type to rush workers especially if it’s busy until it slowed down enough to be able to prepare two simple meals and still no food , we went over to the counter to ask about our food and the cashier just blew us off we asked again and he seemed not to care one bit, I just simply wanted him to see if our order was almost ready but he kept blowing us off he was able to be walking around doing other task instead of attending the customers first , we asked for a refund and did that right away that’s the only thing he did right within our entire experience that night

I've only been to this restaurant one time. The burgers were okay they were better than McDonald's. They have a lot of mustard in them. Enterprise tasted the same as most other fast food places. The good thing about them is that they had malts. My malt was delicious. The other good thing was the Jr burger was almost identical to the regular burger only smaller. Nothing overly impressive. Satisfactory experience.

Mona was our cashier and you couldn't ask for a friendlier, nicer person to help you with your order.
Morning is fine no wait pretty quick but lunch time hours good lord. Youll be spending at least 45 mins in the drive thru line. Last time i come here for my break. Dont want to wait in this line my whole break time

I called at like 1am on a wednesday to request to sub for a honey butter chicken strip sandwich instead of honey bbq, and the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and caring and attentive. she was like oh yes ma'am oh ya whats the name on that order? yup i promise it'll be just how you like it and i was like okayyy thennnn period ty girl!! AND the food was fresh and so good i was baffled downnn hunny! 10/10

Don’t order delivery here. I didn’t get my drinks i paid for with my meal or my ranch for my wings i asked for. My fries were also only semi warm. I will say the wings were very good and so was the burger my partner ordered. But definitely if your wanting from this location pick it up and check your food before you leave.

Dom and the team are amazing!! I went through the drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese and mentioned to them I'm allergic to dairy. They were so kind and went above and beyond! Dom added "no cheese" to the order 6 times so it was easy for the team to see and she mentioned they all changed their gloves before preparing my food so there was no cross contamination!! It's so hard for me to feel comfortable eating out, so I am so grateful they took these extra steps for me! ❤️
