I asked for a patty melt with bacon and an extra patty (that would be a triple) -- both items clearly acknowledged separately by the attendant - recieved a double w/ bacon - no item for extra patty on receipt - I rarely get fast food these days and the one place I chose thoroughly fails a critical part of my order. The burger I received was fine, however, less than what I ordered and less satisfying, as after eating it, I'm still hungry. That third patty completes the burger, these fries are ice cold and I live 3min away, cannot eat them.

It get one star . The fact that I go in to whaterburger to get my meal at 4pm trying to relax. And you got these kids throwing thing in the lobby. Then they are screaming at the top of their lung saying it to quiet. Manager dose nothing about. Yeah no thank will never go back there

They gave me the wrong order, why do they ask for a name and then get my order wrong? I know they knew what order I had put in because they repeated it back to me and then just gave me a totally different order. There was only one line open, too, so it's not like there was a rush. Remember to check your orders folks!

Waited 35 minutes for 2 kids meals, and a combo in the curbside area. They said the computers went down, yet I watched 10 customers who came after me, leave with their food. They attempted three times to pacify me by getting our drinks. When I finally got our food, burgers and fries were cold. Atmosphere was 3 stars because I waited in my car for most of the time.
