Super fast!
Consistently screws up orders. Both times I've gone for breakfast they've given me the wrong items, and I even had to circle the drive through twice to get it corrected. Tonight I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger and some plain whata-wings and they got BOTH of those wrong. Received a #1 and buffalo whata-wings. Don't bother with this location.

It reminded me a little of the Eddie Murphy movie "The Prince of Zamunda" - a place where you can eat burgers like homemade burgers.

We went to get 3 Whataburger with cheese and 3 medium fries. The kid taking the order at the speaker was very rude. Kept saying “is that all” between me ordering items. Also it took a few minutes of me sitting at speaker while they had no other orders going on for them to come back after I went hello. Once I got up to the right lane front. No one else in front of me. They took my card I paid. And I waited 15 minutes. Every car that came in after me was taken care of. I finally asked where my order was and the kid said sorry getting it now. And the food was cold. Seems they forgot about my order. Terrible service.

The quality of food of this Whataburger has gradually decreased to a one star. We ordered a patty melt dinner, and the meat was so salty that I thought that somebody accidentally spilled a salt shaker on it. The drink orders were absolutely wrong, opposite of what we ordered. Of course, the condiments were missing deposits asking for them at the delivery point.
I called the restaurant to talk to the Manager and the “manager” that happened to answer was very dismissive with his response with no mitigation or explaination.
The standards that you would expect from Whataburger are not being maintained, avoid this location at Brook Hollow.

Ordered online as always ... this is my favorite location as it is close to home; I didn't have any problems before all my orders are always complete so I don't have to check order at the location, this time my order was incomplete and didn't realized till arrive home so had to drive back ....what big inconvenience when arrived at the place and told them what happened with my order the Yung lady & a man assuming was a trainer or supervisor because was wearing different shirt color didn't apologize to me for the inconvenience, they said my missing item will be out shortly...???? When my item was done ... again no apologize no credit or refund for their mistake !!!! I have been your customer for more than. 20 years !!! Im assuming there are 2 ppl working on the orders and both missed the great service as always been at this location..... droved twice .. wasting time, my food at home was cold... not acceptable for a regular customer... I will understand if the order was for a lot of burgers that probably they could be miscounted but not for three different food items!!!
Hope my order will be correct and from now on, I will be checking it before leaving.

I had left a bad review here before, and I was hoping to replace it with a five star review, but unfortunately I was let down again.
I went through the drive through and paid. I was waiting for quite a while, which is not a big deal, I do not mind waiting. However, you would think after waiting for a while that my order would come out correctly.
When I got home I realized that I was missing a sandwich. I did not want to drive back, and it was late, so I called hoping to get some sort of a suitable resolution. I did not get one.
The manager told me to come back with my receipt to pick up the sandwich or to get reimbursed for it. I asked if she could adjust the payment, and she could not. So, I ended up paying for something that I never received.
Very disappointed. I hope they fix this…
