So today 08/27/2025 my wife had a car accident and was able to limp into this Whataburger and we had to wait for a tow truck for over 6 hours (that is another issue) the staff here was great checking on us not trying to run us off even though we waited for so long. We did order food which was fast and great. Just wanted to give this crew a big thanks for being so thoughtful and patient with us.

I usually don’t come to Whataburger often, but every time I do the service stands out. The staff here is always fast, friendly, and organized. I especially liked how they combined two of my pickup orders into one bag—small detail, but it shows they pay attention and care about convenience.
I came during the 85th Anniversary promotion ($0.85 burgers), and even though it was packed, my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. That’s impressive given how busy it was.
That said, I mostly visit for promotions or limited-time milkshakes. Personally, I don’t really enjoy the taste of their burgers compared to Burger Boy—the seasoning just isn’t there for me.
Overall, great service and efficiency, especially during busy times, but the food itself isn’t my go-to outside of special deals.

Honestly just very annoyed. Ordered 2 meals and 2 grilled cheeses before a big road trip, only to be missing any ENTIRE MEAL after waiting like 10min in a drive thru.... need late night snack stop? Drive a bit further and go find a better Whataburger.

Ordered online and still waited over 25 minutes after I arrived. Called the store and was told it was ready and on the way out in a couple of minutes. Ten minutes later stopped an employee in the parking lot and he brought the order out. It was cold and tasted old. Didn’t receive the correct order. One was a double meat and it was a single. Prices are ridiculous.

I went through the drive through before heading into work and unfortunately the experience was bad. I was the only one in line and waited for more than 7mins. I had to honk my horn to fet the attention of the staff after having waited so long. When I bit into the hash browns, they were ive cold, some still partially frozen. The breakfast sandwich was fine however. Very disappointed in the low quality of the food.

Food integrity and safety is not a priority here. I filed a complaint with the health department after receiving extremely expired lettuce in my family’s food. The manager should be ashamed thinking it’s ok to serve expired food. Then you have employees using chemicals to clean tables and go back to touch food WITHOUT even washing their hands.

4 stars because sometimes I'm in line for like 45 min and the orders usually wrong like 50 percent of the time..but the food is really good. Atleast worth the wrong order n long waits lol they got my order right the last couple of times though I went one time it was wrong like 3 times in a row😅
