Ordered curbside and unfortunately there were a lot of mistakes. We got sweet tea instead of unsweet. The giant Dr. Pepper we got was completely flat and undrinkable. We were missing an order of large fries. And we paid more for an extra chicken tender and it was inedible and super tiny. One of these mistakes is understandable, but all together is unacceptable.

Come on Whataburger painting during lunch hours and on top of that painting over while people are serving their drinks that's sad and very unprofessional and very upsetting I also felt that I cannot get up and go serve myself a drink and to top it off Standing On Top of the counter as well while customers are present very unsanitary
I was overcharged going through drive through. No receipt was given. I went inside a got the receipt and notified the manager of the overcharge. No attempt at all to correct the issue. I am saddened by the lack of integrity that has become the norm.
