Food was cold after waiting for nearly 15 min fries were not even warm nor was the hamburger. There were cold parts in the burger .requested no onions and crispy bacon. Got a ton of onions and soggy , stringy bacon Zero napkins and no ketchup or honeymustard for which I requested and paid extra for the honey mustard. Wasted $35 again at what burger. This used to be our favorite go to for burgers.

I stopped by here early this morning and the staff made it one of the all around best experiences I’ve ever had at any whataburger. And the food was delicious! I highly recommend this whataburger

Why can't whataburger make good french fries? The buns were cold.
Patty melts were cold, fired were hard and they charged us for Jalepeno ranch (2) and didn't include them. Burgers had the nerve to be dry🤦🏾♀️. Yeah, not the best I've had. Sorry.

We did curbside waited a while to find out they gave our food to another person after waiting inside for them to remake it I asked to use the bathroom lady told me the people in the back can only control the button to unlock it I waited for a while but the same lady opened the door right away when another lady asked when she told me she couldn’t open it they where rude and not helpful worst service
