Please give Hazel a promotion, i had a issue with my order and she was able to help me and it was very busy in the restaurant and in the drive through and she was being a great leader to her team and making sure everything was getting done! As someone that works for HEB that is the type of leadership skills needed to run a business! I really appreciated her today!

Even the restrooms are clean! That's a big thing for all the traffic that comes here! If this place was a few years newer and bigger - there would always be a line out the door! Excellent experience every time I come here - very consistent.
Vegetarian options: You're in Texas - vegetarians are like finding 4 leaf clovers - few, far between and aberrations.

I am a police officer in the area and whataburger is normally the only thing open for me. LEAH is one of the managers at night at this location. She is always so happy and treats me as if I was family. She will brighten anyone’s day in a heartbeat.

I have never had such a problem at a Whataburger! I was in the outside lane of the drive through and watched 5cars go through before I was talked to, to get my order. Then I was given the wrong order. I ordered a jr double with a 20oz shake. I was given a full double and a large shake. At first I thought they were trying to apologize for the wait but nope I paid for it. The only other time I have had a problem with Whataburger was at this location for breakfast, I wrote it off as a fluke and gave them another shot. I will not be returning to this location.
The food was pretty awful except for the French fries. But the staff was as friendly and helpful as could be.
