The best fast food burgers ever! They're always fresh and the quality top tier no matter the location. They also have the best onion rings. No matter what sandwich you order you can guarantee it with be delicious.

Purchased a cheeseburger and unfortunately found a black substance on the bun of my child’s cheeseburger! Very serious food safety concern. Please be extremely careful consuming food from this location. This experience is very alarming. We will not be returning.

I don't think this place even has the chocolate chip cookies. With either going through the drive thru or curbside, 90% of the time they forget the cookie. At least with going in I can remind them. But when you go in and order an apple juice for my kid, they usually forget that. I don't know if they can't read or no one is actually checking to make sure it is right. They are also really slow. I think I waited 25 minutes for chicken strips, but the fries weren't warm anymore and again they forgot the cookie. You would think they could get the order right with taking 25 minutes. It sucks because this is the closest one and normally the only one on the way of where we are going.

Small order but it was very busy. So it took a while for my chicken to come out. Billie working the front offered to remake my shakes since I been waiting so long. Good looking out I hate when my shake half melted because it was made long before the rest of the order was completed.

Christmas is coming up and they had the grinch at the window. Very poor communication as in Not a word from team member ALEXIS handing me my things and seemed so bothered when I asked for ketchup. She shouldn’t be at the window dealing with customers if she’s gonna have an attitude like that. Handed me the wrong order too

I really try to give this Whataburger chance after chance, but the service has been disappointing for months now. The line is always long, and the wait times are consistently terrible. Even with a line of people waiting in the drive thru , the team never seems to have any sense of urgency — several employees are usually just standing around while the line barely moves.
And when the food finally does come out, the fries are almost always cold. It’s frustrating to wait that long only to get food that isn’t even fresh.
We love Whataburger, but this location really needs better leadership and faster, more attentive service. It shouldn’t take this long every single visit

ALL the Whataburger in San Antonio is always busy. This location gets you in and gets you out pretty quick. The employees is super friendly and the food is always on point. This visit gets five stars and two thumbs up!!!! Great job.
