I recently went to a nother whataburger and was inconvenient waiting for food and was told they canceled my order due to system issues. But today I was very happy with Griselda G. Her customer service she was very helpful and kept her composure during rush hour. She was very thoughtful and knew I was waiting for a moment and gave me complimentary fries. That's the customer service we need at all restaurants. Thank you for hiring the sweet lady whataburger

Food is always cold never fresh long lines for it to be cold... seems like food is just sitting there waiting and they cant keep up. Sad we pay good money for cold food. Fast food should be hot and fresh it was only an hour into breakfast food taste like it was just sitting there.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!!!Another whataburger that likes to mess up on orders. Have gone there many times after work, and they always mess my order, or my chicken is not cooked all the way. Don’t get me wrong I bet they are overworked, and don’t get paid enough to deal with the bs!

This morning I waited 15 minutes and I was the only one in the drive through.Slow drive through service. Often get the drinks wrong.need a rethink on their drive through. Breakfast is painfully slow and always don’t listen. I wanted extra ice and instead gave my diabetic wife sweet tea when she asked for unsweetened tea. Selective listening runs rampant there. Seniors need to avoid this location

Ok I wasn’t planning to do a review at this location but…..in the late evening,
I went because my senior citizen elderly mom loves her whataburger a big fan for years. Staff were doing their job, props ! fast and polite. 2 dumbs up!
Ok so my mom started asking “ Where’s the beef?” Umm part of the patty was missing in action as you can see in the pic and she was not too happy with the beef being kind of thin. (A Smash burger.) Again staff/ Service was Good……but not to offend the cook, but where’s the beef !? LoL

If I could give 0 starts I would that. People can’t follow simple instructions and they always make my hamburger wrong. I even tell whoever is taking orders to make sure the hamburger is right, but every time is the same mistake.. for something so simple.

Community Activism

I ordered food the day before and they gave me someone else’s order and asked me to come back the following day to replace my food, I came back the next day and walked into the lobby and watches the main manager sits in one chair in the lobby doing whatever he was doing multiple workers keep walking in and out of the cashier area in the lobby, but no one seems to acknowledge me or even offered to help. It’s like they prioritize their drive-through overall else. I do not recommend anyone coming to this location if you want acceptable service and for your order to actually be correct and for your time to be valued, choose another Whataburger.

This place always sucks but it’s the closest Whataburger.

First they gave us our drinks and fries and forgot all our burgers.

Made us wait in curbside, burgers come out.

Then we check, again, and see they forgot our wings.

Why are yall so incompetent? Ain’t no way other fast food restaurants are messing up this bad.

Second time I've ordered online for take out at this location and both times somethings always wrong..
First time I went ordered and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes,Was like ok fine ill be there in 20 mins but got there 25 mins later..Asked for my order and they had no idea what I was talking about!I showed them my email receipt and were like oh let's us get started on it..
Needless to say I waited another 25 mins just to actually receive my order...

Today order breakfast and a burger online and said my order would be ready in 10 minutes,I arrived 20 mins later just in case..Needless to say my order wasn't ready it was being worked on..No biggie I was thinking to myself its almost done..They handed me my order 3 mins later and I thanked them and was on my way home..I should've checked the bag because they forgot my burger that I ordered,I called them and they had no idea what I was talking about then they thought it was a drive thru order..I was like nope online order.
Never again will i go to this location because both times by the time we ate we had to microwave our food because of it being all cold.
