I dont know what the problem with this location is. But, they are incapable of reading unsweet tea. This is not the first time. This is apparently standard for this location. Every other wataburger can tell the difference. But this one

The only issue I have is it a not a 10 star!! Adam greatly impressed us by opening the door and inviting us in out of the heat! Celeste took our order and gave us some great recommendations! We are from Va in town visiting family and wanted to finally try out your restaurant, we were so HAPPY! Thanks for generally caring about our experience! My son is a GM with another food chain and was blown away!

Good came out cold. Team was more focused on drive through and hardly paid attention to the front counter guests. Cashier looked like she was annoyed when she was taking my order. Didn’t smile once and just made it seem as if I was ruining her night

It’s whataburger. That means mid burgers and nice customer service. Order a soda with fries, and just chill in the free AC. Nostalgia does not equal good food people.

I love Stephanie on drive thru really great customer service. She is the best. The only complaint I have is who ever is preparing meals maybe cook? Not sure but they always forget my add ons. I don't normally complain but we eat alot of whataburger and my add ons are not included. It is becoming a pattern & I'm just wasting my money. I pay for the add ons so it's not like I am asking for free items. It just keeps happening and would like the issue addressed at Location on 35 & Division San Antonio TX 78211. There should also be a place on the online app when you order to type in request for order. I don't want to have to go to another whataburger since it's so close to my house. Sorry😌
