I have been working near here for the last 7 years and this is the whataburger to go to in the area. Everything is perfect and fast. Dining room and bathroom has always been been. I don't think I ever seen a mess in the dining room or restrooms ( I can only speak for the men's restroom) but I know that the mens is normally the worst of the two. Workers have always been great and polite. 100% recommend if you a craving a burger in the area!

On 9/4/25 @ 5:24 am I stopped by an ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit meal the coffee as excellent can’t go wrong there hash brown sticks a bit greasy but the sandwich on the other hand it might have been left over night it was so hard thin dark dry the biscuit was also hard I threw it away

sodas are always flat might as well just serve Kool-Aid why do I got to wait 30 minutes for a cold Burger and fries also asked for extra ketchup she told me that she had put extra in the bag get home zero ketchup and missing a chicken grilled sandwich this is the 37 and 1604 location

This place is conveniently located for me, but its, by far, extremely slowest drive thru ever. Even going in takes a good while. Slow service.

This whataburger was ok over-all food wise. The food was warm when we received it didn't really take long to get it. but, 1st there was no ice for the drinks. 2nd we got the meal or at least half because somehow the server forgot to bring the coffee, fries to make it a combo napkins.. You know little things that by the time you get it the rest of the meal is now probably cold. The server did offer to bing my wife more creamers and sugars which was nice and helpful. However, I feel that one other important factor.. Restrooms, not clean at all. A male employee even used the restroom and could have made a little cleanup touch before leaving but nope, and or notified someone to provide a clean up but no, that didn't happen either. but I will say that when I went I first had to clean the stall before it was even useable.. it was not pretty! Unfortunately there's only that one stall to use and then a mess? oooh, disappointing! because there were only about 4 couples in the place so, not too busy for checking things. I believe a customer should always have the best experience possible with very ffew exceptions loss of power, unexpected storm but if you havee to ask us for a chance to make it right, well do it so these things don't happen again to anyone. Then it is made right.
