This is our family’s home Whataburger... it always delivers! Whether it’s grabbing a drink on the way home or a full meal for the whole family, they never miss. The staff is always kind, quick, and efficient, making sure everyone gets in and out safely. We’ve even gone inside a few times with our younger relatives, and they’ve been so sweet and patient with them. It means a lot, and we really appreciate the team here!

I did not catch the lady that was there the night of 10/01/2025, whoever it was that night about 9:20pm in a blue shirt was amazing!! She was helpful and so sweet! Glad to see people like her at this store.

Make sure you ask for your change or they will not give it to you and the manager is very rude this is the second time this has happened at this location and will no longer be going to this Whataburger anymore the drinks are watered down the fry’s are old everything just sucks would rather have gone to McDonalds across the street if I wanted crappy food

Service was great through the drive-thru, but my #1 burger meal was COLD! The hamburger buns and meat were cold, not even warm. Super upsetting! Unfortunately, I will skip stopping at this Whataburger location.

Food was. Charged picked up and said delivered but was never delivered. Had this happen twice about two months ago and I he Maher at the 281 and bulberde Rd whataburger and ent out of his way to reschedule over the issue and make sure the driver was no longer able to drive for them....

Same thing today... Waiting until 10 mins after getting off was delivered and then called customer support who were professional, calm, and ready help.

Then I called the store as last thing me the manager made sure that I don't dnt just get a refund but got a gift card,. Extra points and a refund... Today I got "Steph" as the manager for bulberde and 281.... Took me 5 minutes to clarify the first name was Stephanie not Steph, she refused to provide a last name which tells me this is NOT a GM and then just made excuses for everything that you ccured. Instead of trying to 🫴 firm who the favor driver was she just didn't dg d the questions whereas the last manager made sure that driver never drove for favor again.

So STEPHANIE was unwilling liking to help out unless I drove to the store to pick up a burger.... Okay, u think I'm an idiot....

Well here goes Stephanie! I cancelled my favor membership and will not be a die hard whataburger fan move Ng forward so when whataburger. The end. Into Wendy's just like Bill Miller. Is turning back into trash.... You can think back on how to de you were with me and realize you could read loved the situation but you instead you chose to provide me with until I just hung up on you and simultaneously ending my relationship with this Chicago based mega conglomerate ruining our the whataburger memories we all grew up on and have slowly come to resent....

I went on 2-6-25 at 9:45 I ordered a honey barbecue crispy tender sandwich.
The order was brought out to me by Alex within 3 minutes and who didn't ask if we needed ketchup or anything just dropped it and took off as i was talking to him. The sandwich ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING bread had no taste cheese looked old and tenders cold. I have been here 7 times during the day never had such horrible experience.

I think customer service is just as important as the quality of food. When you have employees who didn't speak to you, don't acknowledge you, don't offer condiments, and let's top it off by your order bring wrong, we have a problem. That's on management. Ok, they are high school/college students, but my 9 year old has much better communication skills than these Whataburger employees. As we ate lunch, we witnessed four other customers come in with wrong orders via the drive-thru.
