I order online for curbside Iagmfter I check in I was waiting for 15 minutes and the food never came out I when inside to ask for it and they treat me like I was asking for free food

Food is just not what it used to be across all locations, not just this one. This has been the case since the takeover. Stop concentrating on the merchandising and focus on the food. Whataburger is becoming just another fast food burger place.

Every Favor delivery order I've had for this location has been a wait of 30-40 min. The staff walks so slow and now I know why many Favor drivers don't pick up from this location. The wait is ridiculously long for an order no matter what time of day it is. I've picked up orders at 6pm, 9pm, 11pm and still waited 30-40 min. I can see why this location has a hard time finding drivers to deliver because we get paid based on tips and $7-9 is not worth the hour to pick up and make the delivery since most of the time is spent waiting for the order.

You're not a true Texan if you don't like Whataburger. As far as fast food goes, I think Whataburger is surprisingly high quality. The employees are friendly at this specific location. They get your food out pretty quick. The place is clean, at least that's what it looks like. I don't if I can say the same about the restrooms, but they are cleaner than most other fast food places. The food is lumpy and mushy when you get it, but that's how any fast food place is like. At least (unlike McDonald's for most people) it still tastes good. I love their burgers, I'd choose their burgers over a high quality place anytime. I love Whataburger.
Sometimes they forget to add our dipping sauce when we order #13. We've had to go back a few times because they forget to add our gravy with our meal. It does get pretty annoying but today we had to go back for it again. However, I was not upset but grateful that the manager assisted me and replaced with a new a fresh meal. He even replaced the meal that was not messed up and added 2 apple pies. Was very generous! I wish I could remember his name. Thank you for great customer service!
