My experience there sucked. In the parking lot when I arrived Several of your employees were all gathered around this blue Honda civic smoking Marijuana like they owned the place . It was a badexample for my kids and others to see this . I will be taking this up with corporate.

Burger were cold, so cold the cheese was not even melted. Even after waiting and having me pull up to wait on my food. Sad to say whataburger has gone down hill. But at least they got the order right.

I love me some whataburger. And the one here is above expectations. All the years I've gone to it... maybe 2 times they forgot ir didn't include in my order. Especially drive thru guy is awesome, really nice guy... his name is Raymond with Dreads. Kool guy. And always goes above and beyond for my orders.. and already memories my parents' orders because of how often they go lol. But someone should take notice of him if he's not a top manager or franchisee.. this is the gentleman you want to serve you or solve any issue you may have. Because he will make sure you as the customer is satisfied.
