It's not the best
I order here all the time through drive through. The wait times can be awful for peak hours but the food never misses. Always a good lunch, and the staff are always incredibly friendly. I don't mind a wait for good food and service!

This had been a great location.... until....
The night before my wife's surgery, we placed a late night pickup order so she could have her favorite thing at the last possible moment. The order was placed in the app, the confirmation email was received, and we went to bed early.
When I arrive at the 24-Hour location, the drive-through was closed off with cones, the door was locked, and all the manager could say when they finally came to the door was I can make sure you get a refund.

This location has made me a believer. I lived in Texas for 10 years and could never stomach Whataburger. Since moving to this area of SATX and trying Whataburger again. I'm officially a huge fan. The service and team are professional and customer oriented. The food is consistently good and charred just how we like it. The drinks are always carbonated or taste how they should taste. Thank you to the 211/Potranco Whatburger team! Keep up the great work!!!

Before moving to SA I thought Whataburger was da bomb. Since then, I've realized there are better burgers to be had. Out of convenience when we have to return to school for an evening event, we visit his location. They always serve consistently good burgers, and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. But the fries... 😒 this is the thing that I've found frustrating vs all other burger place options. They're either piping hot & fresh or they're lukewarm and limp. And no, I don't think I should have to let them know and ask that they make a new batch. I don't have to do this at other places. And onion rings are a greasy hit or miss. We need to start a campaign: FIX THE FRIES!

I asked for spicy ketchup wich they gave me one i had a couple fries with it..wouldn't it be nice if I had more to eat the rest of my food with..guess not 10/22/25 12:25pm

We went in after a volleyball game but i believe this place is always busy. The young man who took our order was friendly & so was the young man who brought our food out to us. It did take then a little bit of time to get our food to us but it was FRESH!!! My justaburger was drowned in mustard & i got grilled jalapeños rather than just regular but i only was not happy with all the mustard. Too much
However one thing that happened, that had not been witnessed in a while at any whataburger, the manager came around once the crowd died down a little to see if everything was good with us & everyone else inside eating!!!!! Great job!!!!

Whoever made my burger i hope you have the best sleep ever. So good! They added extra sauce (which i personally like) food was fresh and delicious. Tenders were really good and full of flavor

I made the mistake of passing up the speaker to order my food. I’ve never done that before, and Naxiely was so incredibly sweet, she took my order at the 2nd window and didn’t turn me away. Thank you Naxiely. You are the best!!!
