Vanity had an absolutely terrible attitude towards my friend. I’m pretty sure she spit in our food and gave us the wrong order. She was throwing food in the back and cussing around children. Overall 0/10 customer service from her. The other employees were great though.

We ordered on line and were told to go through the line to get our order then the line is long so call in the store and ask if they recieved my on line order the rude woman says your food is ready but doesn’t say anything if they are gonna bring it out or not call again because at this point the line is getting longer so I called again and ask to speak to the manager who tells me I have a choice get out of line and come inside and get my food or stay in line so I get out of line and my husband goes inside only to be told the order is not even ready? Make that make sense ??
