Seriously the absolute worst Whataburger I've ever been to. It's very convenient for me but the issues are outweighing the convenience. The food is always wrong, cold, disgusting, or not even my order. It's nothing but kids in there. And the one manager that actually tried to help me literally walked away in the middle of me talking. Not joking. Even the stranger next to me said, are you serious she's just going to walk away while you're talking? And I said I guess so. This place is a joke. I also have noticed they are constantly refrying the fries.
Horrible service here needs better leadership
It took over 40 mins to get our food. I understand they only had one cook. He did a good job cooking all of those orders.

I was excited to try the monterrey melt but was disappointed. I mean wtf is this? How hard is it to follow a recipe?

I had not been here for a while, but decided to come around 10 At Night hoping to get a fresh hot meal on time. Not sure what might have been going on in the back but the individuals who did help me were polite. I placed an online order for drive-through pick up, i ended up going inside because of the long line. The app said it would be ready between 10:30 and 10:40, but I ended up waiting a bit longer due to other individuals having issues with their orders as well, not being informed that my order was already done and waiting on the counter, so I had to have it remade. Even then the order was still wrong and a bit cold hoping we can get the old Whataburger back where they actually put some love into it.

I stood at the counter, the guy behind the counter was vacuuming, he just looked at me and kept cleaning. He shifted to the kitchen, looked at me again and kept cleaning. It took the manager to come from the back and ask what I needed. Then they didn't even get my order right. SMH.

So apparently it takes up to an hour and a half for one meal . These folks are the bottom of the barrel low life’s that will never go anywhere in life, considering MAKING A SANDWICH IS WAY TO HARD. I hope to see them under a bridge , where they belong.

Served super cold fries and only filled it halfway. I also got a cold burger w/ a rotten tomato in it& they need to pay attention to their drink machine w/ the flat drinks , a waste of money . Then I called the manager & she said there’s nothing she can do and wasn’t their fault.

Forgot a whole meal in my order, when I call back to talk to manager about it she then proceeds to call me a “liar” even when I have the bag of food right in front of me, absolutely horrible customer service and will definitely not be back to this location.

They take from 30 to 40 minutes to get an order out when you go drive-through. They made me wait for that long and asked me like three times what I was waiting for.

Waited in drive thru line 31 mins to get a cold dry burger with onions I specifically requested without onions, and old hard fries that should have been thrown in the trash, not served to a paying customer. Totally unacceptable!!

Although the workers are friendly and the food is good, it takes quite a while to get your food through drive through these days.

I went through drive through and the big black lady was so disrespectful and rude but most of all she lied and said she didn't have fresh toast when I know they sale that but I wasn't gonna argue and go down her to level.
