Went by the other night, i was hungry. There was a full line and the restaurant was busy. The only thing was that our order came out 3 times wrong. seemed like there was a rookie staff on a busy night. After finally getting the meal correct. seemed like the manager was frustrated. I Don't doubt, never go on a rookie night or training night. 🫠🫠🫠😡🫷🏻

I went to Whataburger and did my free burger with a Purchase of a large fry and the didn’t even give me my fries and when I was going to eat it I saw someone else had took a bite of my burger and when I went back to tell them to remake it they refused

Drive thru order was wrong called in spoke with Jazz the manager she said to put her name down on the ticket. Went in to dine, tables were dirty restaurant has homeless people in there and to top it off Jazz wanted to comp one meal argued about it! All the kids working there just staring very unprofessional. Like nine kids in the back instead of wiping tables cleaning up. Still haven't heard back from corporate. Worst service!!!
