Ordered three meals. Started eating mine and realized it tasted off... Opened up to find the lettuce was black! They put like tons of mustard on my moms chicken sandwich. She had to wipe off it actually was dripping out. Also they mixed old onion rings with new fresh batch those were inedible they tasted burned and old ... There was a homeless man sitting next to us kinda talking crazy but employees didn't ask him to leave.

I ordered my food through the app. I waited outside with my hazards on for pick up. I waited 30 minutes. Came inside to ask and they gave the order to the wrong person. I waited another while for my food due to that mistake.
That mistake costed me my whole work break and I came to work late from it. I ended up losing my job because of the 15 extra minutes it took for y'all to fix the mistake.

I don’t understand how this has high ratings, when majority of the time there’s something always wrong. It’s crazy to see how these young employees just don’t care about anything but a check and producing whack ass food. Service is so poor I was literally the only one inside for pickup and it took a min when there was a full shift. (Just be careful if you do decide to ever go)

Dont come after 10pm. The service is so bad. Just go to San Pedro. Even if you order online, the food is always wrong and they make you wait 20 min. Then after all that it's cold.

I love my whataburger on potranco road. But the location at General Mc Mullen & W Commerce my husband was upset. Today was free chicken biscuit day. He told me the manager denied a homeless veteran a free sandwich when he bought a coffee. That she turned him away. Who does that. I hope that lady never has to struggle in life. I love whataburger but ro treat someone like that was just awful. Do better commerce location. If he was spending money he is a paying customer

Never fails coming to this whataburger and my order is never right , if it’s not something as simple as gravy for my strips then it’s my whole grilled chicken being close enough to raw . You would think they get paid a sufficient enough amount and weekly at that to maintain a good service but I guess cause it’s the west side they give us what they think we are worth .
