They never have anything here. Every time I come here; the workers look and sound miserably which is weird cause this location is always dead and never busy. I came for a sidecar sandwich and the little boy said he sold the last one, which is fine w/ me, but than he continued to tell me..."well I can make a fresh one but your going to have to wait an I cant tell you how long thats going to take soooo...."(awkward silence) I just okay than nvm. He sounded relieved when I said nevermind. I felt as if he was trying to get me to leave. Idk but this place has went downhill I wont be returning anymore they make you feel like a burden.

I love their in person location however today I went through the drive through and had the RUDEST experience to the point that I would no longer recommend what’s brewing to anyone. I am normally so lenient and patient with customer service people having worked in customer service for years but the two girls working this morning were just blatantly rude. I had never been there so I didn’t know where to order and pulled up to the window and one girl said “why didn’t you order back there where I was trying to tell you” and I apologized for not knowing. Then she rolled her eyes and took my order. When the drinks were done the other girl refused to say anything to me when I said thank you and then said “next time just order at the window k.” Super disappointed in What’s Brewing.

I used to hit this spot years ago for coffee on my way to work, so it was nice to stop by today for my favorite latte which is called the Sami. I got half sweet with oat milk. It was just as delicious as I remember. Quick and efficient coffee drive thru.

Love getting our weekly brew from this place!The whole bean Costa Rica blend is delicious, creamy and nutty medium blend. Meets the mark for every coffee lover who wants a cup!Underwhelmed by the grilled cheese we got once, but we are there for the coffee. Just too much bread and not enough cheese.Vegetarian options: They have delicious vegan pop tarts! Everyone we have shared them with thinks they are delicious.
today I ordered the same thing I have the day prior but a larger size and the flavor was off substantially?? Consistency is just a measurement, but it is like grasping clouds at many coffee shops (if your a coffee drinker you can relate). Our drink of choice is a Latte with Oatmilk and I had a very great one made here at WB yesterday that was about to start a morning routine, unfortunately today (with more staff) it was bitter and Oak Milk not as pronounced as it should, Had to doctor it up at home and added to much Oatmilk (had a 1/4 quart left and did not want to put it back in the fridge so I said what the heck I added it) and now I wasted two drinks because Oatmilk is overdone:(The reason I am giving two stars is I was under the impression that these guys where on their top game, I was a customer of the Nakoma Location for years not saying they had the perfect dialed in setting but I got what I expected, it's always about Customer Expectations If I want a kick in the pants Cold Brew Pour Over I expect it, If I want a Latte without tasting shot heavy I expect that, but neither should be Bitter I can make a Superb Stovetop brew with ZERO bitterness, and I am not making a business out of it.

Staff is inconsistent and unhappy. Obviously, no management or supervisor is present to identify problems. They will make your drink to their convenience. Don’t bother giving them any modifications bc it seems that’s too much to ask for. It’s not like we’re paying for it!! Oh, ya we are!

This location usually does well but today got two avocado toasts for my wife and daughter and the avocados were super hard, felt frozen. Took force to actually squish them. It’s the holidays so maybe it was just a bad call by an over worked stafff so I will come back but it was disappointing to drop $11+ on a very bad lunch, I don’t expect that of this place.

Hours state 7a-2p. I called at 1:45p to see if I could place an order ahead since my eta was a couple min before they closed. They said they don’t take orders over the phone..no biggie. I arrive 1:57p to order coffee and breakfast, but today they said the kitchen closes at 1:30p. I come here often and have never been told that. Looked at their menu and website and didn’t see anything that stated the same. I enjoy their coffee and love the breakfast sidecar, but there are plenty of other places that can provide a better experience.

I love this place however, I bought coffee today and did not want to use my card . I wanted to use cash and they told me they do not accept cash so I was forced to use my card. Is cash no longer a method of payment?
