Almost all the food is spicy. Even the kids tenders were spicy. The coctails have so much ice that 3 sips and its gone.

Fun brunch time celebrating some exciting events! Great place to have mimosas, delicious food and great ambience!

I'm visiting from out of town and celebrated my birthday here. Everything from the reservation, service, food, drinks to making my day special was nothing short of AMAZING!

Whiskey Cake staff was friendly and helpful from the hostess to our waiter. We were not rushed to order but allowed to enjoy our drinks and conversation. When we did order, the food came out hot and timely. Everyone's food was as ordered and tasted great. There were 3 couples and the waiter suggested a whiskey cake to end the evening with six spoons. I'll definitely visit Whiskey Cake again.

Great staff and service as always. Been coming to whiskey cake since it first opened in San Antonio over ten years ago and will always be a returning customer. Please let it be known this is place that has CONSISTENCY and that's why we always return. I can't express about how many restaurants have lost me as a customers due to inconsistency in staff and service. Others should be taking notes on how well Whiskey Cake is managed. Thank you for all that you do everyone!!

The salmon was cooked perfectly. They have very interesting cocktails and the cake is always a winner. I like to sit away from the bar because it is quieter

We went to Whiskey Cake at lunch for a Birthday celebration which happened to be on a holiday which caused it to be busier than usual. We had a nice surprise since it was a holiday they were serving Brunch. Everyone in the party of six enjoyed everything they ordered drinks, appetizers, main dishes and of course the famous desert Whiskey Cake. The service was excellent and the waiter was very knowledgeable on the whiskey, bourbon and scotch menu. Which really helped since several of us are novices. I would highly recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to go back.

Service was horrible. You guys have something amazing for a couple months and then y'all take it off the menu. The prices have increased horribly and we love whiskey cake. We go there about three times a month.

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but there were a couple times it just fell short. The service was great. Our appetizer, the fried green tomatoes, were delicious. We ordered our entree and got it extremely quick... almost too quick. It was all barely warm. The cinnamon roll I took home so I could warm it up & it was delicious. The farmers breakfast... eggs aren't great cold, the bacon was tough. It just did not seem fresh. I LOVED my crab Benedict, but again, it just wasn't warm so it all just fell short. I'd go back but I don't think my spouse would be on board.

Family ordered 3 items-wood grilled salmon was good which had a delicious sauce; steak frites was above average; chicken melt was👎🏼. Chicken melt description on menu is truly misleading. The chicken was somewhat shredded, flavorless (prominent flavor was bacon), and scant all for $17.50. That price deserves a chicken filet! Service and atmosphere good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! I had the goat cheese fondue and the farm salad. My partner had the deviled eggs and the roasted garlic hummus. We each had the whiskey flight and ended with sharing the whiskey cake. The ambiance was wonderful and our server was attentive. We interacted with other diners and had an absolutely wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!
