I went to Who Knows for a Birthday party and had a blast. The bartenders were wearing their Daisy Dukes and Cowboy Boots. The owner was walking around helping customers as needed. Someone broke a glass, and the owner cleaned up the mess himself. He was very nice and so were all of his staff members. This bar is Cheers on steroids! Everyone knows your name. I've met so many friendly people here. Southern hospitality is true here. The only thing is, I wish there was a kitchen.
