My family came in to enjoy a quick bite and the experience was great. They got our food ordered drinks and delivered within 15 minutes of walking in on a Sunday even. Our server Carly was amazing, she went above and beyond for my family and I and I can't thank her enough! We will definitely go again soon thanks to such a great experience!

So we just left this location around 4pm. Food had no flavor, our hostess came to drop off the food and that was it. We had to go get our own refills. Then when she came we asked for the ticket. She never came back. We got up to go get it ourselves and we see her coming. Then she took too long to bring my card back so the family went to the car to wait and I walked to the counter to get my card and I see her taking orders and dropping off plates.....like seriously? So I ask for my card and she said she still hasn't rang me up yet. Worst service ever. The sandbox is fun tho, that's about it.

Checked in when I arrived. Took 20+ min for them to realize someone was in there curbside and send someone out. And when they come out they say they didn’t recieve my order. So waited another 20 min or so and got cold nuggies and cold fries🤡
