Terrible location, we usually go to a different location and it’s always fresh and tasty but the wings were overcooked and over fried. Wait time was ridiculous also for the quality of the food.

Service was horrible. Waited thirty minutes for our food, then when we finally received our food, were not approached, even to offer refills.

We normally meet here every Tuesday, but today the service from the waitress and the kitchen was terrible. We waited more than 30 minutes for 2 beers and almost 2 hours for food.

They gave me wings with feathers 🪶 still on the wings, the managers response was we make them so fresh that sometimes they come with them, like what kind of response is that! Like what you chopping the wings off the chickens back there yourself they are so fresh?! This place is nasty 🤮

I ordered 10 buffalo boneless wings and chips and queso on my way to work, by phone. While placing my order, the music was too loud and I doubt the waitress heard my entire order. When I got there, 20 minutes later, when my food should've been ready, the waitress I spoke to, again asked what I ordered. I again have my order and she asked me to wait 3 minutes while they were finishing up. I waited 15 minutes, until I finally got My order. I had to rush to work. When I got to work. I was definitely unsatisfied. My chips and queso was fine, but my buffalo boneless wings turned out to be 9 pieces of popcorn chicken, without sauce. It was very upsetting. The music shouldn't be as loud as it was. Even the customers dining in, had to yell for conversation. And it shouldn't have taken 35 minutes for a simple order gone wrong.

Had a bad experience today.
I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for my son, husband and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, which this time came in the smallest bun in the market, i said no big deal, as long as the chicken is good. No such luck, chicken was reheated and on the burned side, and missing the buffalo sauce, i waited to get the attention of the waitress to ask for sauce on the side at least, but by the time she came my husband was done with his, so i just told the waitress the issue and asked for the check. By the time we got home my husband was complaining of bellyache, 15 minutes later, my six year old got a strong bellyache followed by diarrhea, I think something is seriously wrong with the food in this place

Service and atmosphere was great, just what you would imagine inside. The wings were phenomenal we got that tangasaurus and they did not disappoint. The gator bites were good but relatively small, we also ordered onion rings which I would just steer away from in general due to so much breading.

Experience was overall mid. It was 9pm on a weekday, so not busy. Waitress had to be asked to refill anyone's drink. Food took an hour to come out.

Wings are alright, the atmosphere is trash, basically a dive bar with extra steps, the waitress took forever and was unhelpful and couldn't even hear us over the music anyways

Despite not being greeted when I walked in and just looked at as I made myself to a table, my waitress Delilah was great! Very attentive and made multiple trips to my table to check in! Great service. Thank you

I have a problem with who ever is temporarily running this restaurant in particular. This location has gone through more management than the staff itself. It has been just fine until this lady decides to change barstaff ... it's the reason there is regular customers every wknd and then to change it during football season.
