No dr pepper, no sprite, ordered fried pickles no side plates, menus are dirty ,table was dirty.. everyone's on there phone.. employees walking out of the kitchen eating..

The food was bland. Ordered a Philly chesesteak and it was simply under seasoned meat, lightly cooked bell peppers, and a little grilled onion melted into a slice of Swiss cheese... No sauce no flavor. The fries needed salt and to be cooked more because they sucked. Tried some over vinegary Cajun wings and they were cold and sour. Also ordered a chicken sandwich, the bun was overly sweet and the toppings were not as pictured.
The water tasted dirty and was so foul I couldn't drink it.
The bathrooms were filthy.
Our server was very nice but when entering the restaurant it's a little vague as to what to do. Which is a deterrent in my book. I also feel that while I get the point of short shorts if the shorts are crammed up your lady bits too much you need a larger size - no one goes to a wing place to see that.

My boyfriend called to place an order and the lady who answered told him she can’t do it that he needed to order online. So he decided to go in person because he could it figure out the online. The bartender who took the order was nice, but when the order came out, there was hardly any sauce with just cilantro thrown on top I guess for flavor. And 2 ketchup packets when I asked for extra. Very disappointed; we loved coming here.

The mixed drinks were watered down. The lemon pepper wings did not taste like lemon pepper. Did garlic parmesan was poured on top was not sprinkled it was just poured got a mouth full of seasoning not my favorite place.

Horrible service. They forgot about my order and there were only 5 people in the building eating.
All the staff were just talking and joking around with each other not doing their job.waited over an 1 hour

We were waited on almost immediately and only ordered 2 burgers and they were not busy at all but 30 minutes and still no food we left $6 on the table for our drinks and left.

Love the food there! It has gone down since the past year so updating my stars. Hire more staff & none the bathroom in women are able to lock. Always dirty in there lately

Some people are rude here. Especially when they deal with females. I do doordash and they took forever to even acknowledge the fact that I was there for a pick up making me late to deliver.

Came when it was slow and waited over 20 minutes for burnt brisket and a burger that wasn’t made how I ordered it. Waitress didn’t offer any refills the entire visit instead she stood at the side station and applied lip gloss was on her phone went to fix her hair in the bathroom then went to her car instead to grab a hair accessory. Still no refills never rang in my add ons for the burger but played like the kitchen messed up but it wasn’t on the check so clearly she lied. Deliah worst server ever. Don’t let them sit you in her section.

I’ve gotten takeaway twice. First time was okay, got mostly appetizers and a few different wings (all extremely conservative with the sauce, which is weird for a place that calls itself a “sauce house” lol). Anyway, the best thing I had at the time was the Gator Bites. Not sure whether it was actually alligator or chicken but it was finger lickin’ good.

Second time was not bad per se, but once again, super light on the sauce (and I wish I’d taken pictures because I sound like I’m just being nitpicky, but seriously, I kid you not; if you saw what these wings looked like, coming from a place that touts itself as a sauce house…(cont’d after this sentence)). Overall, not the worst place to go, it’s certainly better than say, Chili’s or TGI Fridays, but two times and having nothing good to say both times says it all.

Like, it’d be like if you went to a gentlemen’s club, for whatever reason, and then once you pay an overly high entry fee or whatever, someone tells you “by the way, while we are a ‘gentlemen’s club’ (in a hushed tone), the performances of these women are more of a deconstruction of fashion and a meditation on society’s expectations of women’.)

Anyway, yeah. Mid wings, good appetizers. Service was meh at the curbside counter thing, but who cares about that part lol.

Sat for over 10 mins , no one came to our table. We have not been to this location in a few years, but we always go to the 410 Jackson Keller location and we have never had service like that. I don’t know if this area does not serve African-Americans or blacks, but the fact that we sat there for over 10 minutes, and no one came to our table to offer us a drink or some water. This is the same issue that we ran into a few years back definitely gonna remember this experience and never come back to this location again. We only tried them again because we were on this side of town again but believe me I will never be back. Was not even crowded and waitresses kept passing our table.

The hot sauce was delicious, but the wings were undercooked. OMG, the cilantro lime wings had more than enough cilantro ( see photos) but beer was cold. Service was friendly and helpful, but the service attire appeared to be street clothes without uniformity other than everyone wearing shorts.
