We came to Earl Able’s on Thanksgiving. We had tried to call several times to make a reservation. When we arrived we were told they were totally booked. However they told us we could sit on the patio and get a meal. We ordered the soup and the traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The waiter arrived with salads - we explained we had ordered the soups. Looking for a good local meal and saw this place in our hotels coupon/map brochure. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was so sweet and so was the guy helping out. The food took quite a while but that’s expected with fresh fried chicken. When the food arrived the chicken was hot and fresh. The homemade biscuit looked great. This was a very reasonably priced restaurant with a wonderful breakfast of bacon, potatoes, eggs, biscuits and gravy. My friend got the fried chicken which she said was excellent. Ate there several times.
