1 star because I can't give zero. This is the third time in as many months that they got my order wrong. Ordered 16 wings and y tenders... Got home and it was ALL tenders.

Received food poisoning. It’s day 3 & I still haven’t felt good since eating at this Wingstop, this was the last place I had a meal at before feeling really bad. I regret coming here so much & what makes it worst I was only visiting & ended my days in San Antonio so sick. Truly disappointed disgusted after reading all the reviews.

Every single time we go to this location they forget an item in our order, one Time it was corn, one time it was fries, and this time we had no ranch. It’s so frustrating because it’s a 20 minute drive for me and my husband. I’ve worked food service before, it’s not that hard to check a receipt when you bag the food, in fact it’s your job. Literally so irritating wingstop isnt cheap.

Really bad experience I do not recommend this place for anyone to place for a delivery my sister placed an order after a long days of work just so it to be placed outside of building on floor and stolen not to mention the money she spent of 30$ we are very disappointed as we loved food from there and be disappointed a 2nd time we called to complain neither staff or manger wanted to make it right I guess BBB would now have to be involved not only theft of food but theft of money she paid ! Do not buy from wingstop 1107 San Pedro I will upload photos online where the delivery was said to be made and stolen there after

I never received my food. I only get a 1 hour lunch. Had to leave on an empty stomach and with a migraine. At least I got refunded. Not coming back again.
The worst service ever ! Cashier was rude if they don't wanna work dont work and that's it... sorry .. but messed up my whole order didn't even give me most of my order. Realized I had no fries for the 50 pack meal I got and only one veggies but I had already went back for the 6 boneless .. well never going to this location again. 😒

The staff literally let a friend cut in line when there's a line and my son's been waiting in it for 15 minutes tgis guy comes in laughing says something to the staff by passing the line and they tend to him you can tell it's a friend. I talk to the manager and he says he didn't know hw cut the line but you have a line and knows where it starts then he stutters making a excuse oh he was here earlier and was picking up. How dumb do you think I am if that was the case that would of been the first thing you said.

Crispy crispy wings, but they were still good. Thankfully, I asked for extra parm on these, or I probably wouldn't have been given much on them. I wasn't excited to see the employee preparing my wings handling his phone prior to preparing my and other orders. Even more fun, he caughed into his hand and continued working on my wings without pausing to wash his hands. Luckily, there wasn't any contact needed to sauce the food and used tongs. But still made he cringe ? as he brought them to me. But I didn't die, and the wings were good.
