Everything was made exactly how I requested and the customer service was excellent! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu combinations which helped me a lot when placing my order

The wings were good as per usual, the fries though, yikes under cooked and over salted.
The only reason they did not get a 5 on atmosphere is that i have been to a few other wingstops and they don't feel as claustrophobic as this one does. Restroom was clean though, both in look and smell.

It's a African-American young lady named red at the front door with a big smile she has great conversation and she is very friendly I think Wingstop did a good job hiring her

Touring traditions

The staff was to busy entertaining each other to ne efficient at their job. The cashier seemed more concerned about the end of her shift than customer service. The rest of the staff were rude and uninterested in calling out orders. This location needs a lot of improvement.

My delivery orders are always wrong or missing something. So I have to end up driving back there to recover the rest of my order, which I think it's ridiculous since a delivery fee plus tip has already been paid for. When I dine in, environment is always messy, tables are unstable (wobbly) drinks are tipping over. I always see nothing but teens working here and sometimes have bad service.

You know there's some situations that require basic common sense and human decency, like when I try to take my 4 year old to use the restroom and tell you I've ordered, maybe you should give me the benefit of the doubt and do the right thing and let the child use the damn restroom. This will be the last time I spend close to $50 at this location because the staff here seriously need some customer service training.

Placed an order for my wife and I at 4pm to pick up at 6:15pm, thinking that would give WingStop plenty of time. No! Still had to wait almost an hour to pick up our food. Terrible service. I was only one of atleast 15 people, all frustrated and put out with the inexcusably poor service. I won't come back. Next time, pollos asados or anything but WingStop.

I called my order in and the lady was EXTREMELY disrespectful, i asked for jer to put someone else on the phone and she refused to and went on to tell me can she take my order i said absolutely not because you are very rude, she went on to say she has a headache and doesn't wanna be at work so i ask her again for someone else and she HUNG UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE. I called back and she answered i said i need to speak with someone else not u, u have been very rude since we got on the phone, u then told me u have a headache and don't wanna be at work and STILL refusing to put someone else on the phone... I went ahead and placed my order with her anyways and still wind up waiting 20 minutes for my food... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY... I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO BBB and i will be calling back obviously tomorrow seeing as tho she refuses to put someone else on the phone.. GOT THE FOOD HOME IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NOT EVEN WHAT I ORDERED JUST SAD

I placed an order online and made an error so I tried calling the store to correct the order but was placed on hold without ever being told I was on hold. It took me 11 mins to get to the location from my home and in that time I was still on hold. Once I arrived to the store i watched the front counter and it was completely empty and the young lady behind the counter wasn’t busy at all. I walked up to the counter and told her I’ve been on hold and was given some excuse as to why my call wasn’t answered. No accountability and she couldn’t even help me, she had to call someone else and he charged me the difference lol

This is by far one of the worst wingstops I have ever been to. I was in the area visiting friends & we decided to grab some wings from this location, when we got our order everything was cold & the sauces weren’t even on the wings properly, honestly I gave my food to the homeless dogs that were in the neighborhood because the food sucked balls. It was that bad. Whoever is in charge of this place, please do better in providing decent food .. you can spend your money decently at any other wing place and get better food than what you get at this dump.

It's supposed to be the hot honey rub (dry) but got nothing but grease to many young kids that work there that don't care. Now I went there a second time after the first photo it has became much better

Ran by kids who couldn't even couldn't make toast! Good luck getting decent service and in this century!
