i had been craving wings. i live near this location although i prefer the 1604 and bandera location. i got my wings and couldn’t even wait until i got home to try it , i had to try it at the red light. first the wings were STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN. plus there was absolutely not enough sauce on these wings. sheesh i shouldn’t have to order extra sauce just to get a decent amount of sauce considering the price i paid. second, the original hot flavor has this funky taste to it like it was old or something . the wings clearly were fried in old grease im sure and one of the wings was inedible. tbh it was a big let down and im never coming back to this location. i haven’t been since i was in college and now i remember why. horrible food and obviously the workers don’t care or take pride in what they put out. disgusting

Food was made hot, great amount of sauce on my boneless wings. Young woman thst took my order was great, even said a little prayer for my mom who is in the hospital atmosphere was cool, clean tables, but could of used a good sweeping on the floor. Overall happy with my interaction.

So I just picked up from ordering dine out at Wingstop and got the Hawaiian/lemon pepper so why does my food look like it has barely any sauce and the bigger piece is missing the flavor. I am so upset because manager says you can come back to get order made, but I did say I have no vehicle and I walked there. So disappointed always get the Hawaiian and feel like every time I go and pick up my order looks dry or as if the food has been sitting there for a while but the one time that I went in and ate there everything was fresh hot steaming and there is still sauce all in the dish but this is just crazy because the manager said he was on the line so I guess he got offended I don't care if you get offended sir I really don't the professional thing you could have did was, hey whenever you can come back we will remake your order can I get the name and just have your receipt for verification. Please understand I just walked up a hill to you very tiring.

Bad service. They forgot 12 of my wings for an online order, tell me to bring in the order in so they can remake it just for them to hand me the missing wings.

Really good experience, We stopped for lunch today,and from the warm welcome to the kitchen staff bringing out our order everything was great! Sharnese at the counter was very sweet, and the place was clean , food was fresh & delish! And the kitchen staff that brought out our order was friendly as well. Definitely repeat visit.
