Despite the chaos of a busy Friday night, the Manager on duty did a great job listening to my issue and helping to get it resolved. His conflict resolution turned my night from disappointing to elated!

LOVE being hung up on had a question about the delivery I placed. Whatever uneducated person is answering the phone then hanging up, find a different damn job.
If it doesn't get resolved and I still havent received my order i'm looking for s refund. Absolutely ridiculous. If you find it such a hassle to deal with poeple go find a job at a gas station. Ridiculous.

Update got small fries not large disappointed.

I was impressed with the wings. Fried perfectly and they had a sauce that was hotter than most places.it was the atomic I believe. Wasn't hot as I wanted, but it served its purpose.

Concern Regarding Cleanliness and Professionalism at Wingstop by Ingram San Antonio Tx

I visited this Wingstop location recently with my group. We ordered our food, sat down, and received our meals without issue. However, during our visit we noticed several issues that need to be addressed:
• Staff Professionalism: Multiple employees spent over 30–40 minutes casually talking with a couple they seemed to know instead of attending to customers. This created the impression that customer service was not a priority. Even after returning to their stations, the atmosphere still felt unprofessional.
• Cleanliness Concerns: We noticed several small roaches in the dining area, and 3 little roaches we had to kill one ourselves. We also took photos as evidence.
• Health & Safety: None of the female employees were wearing hairnets. Their hair was left loose or tied in ponytails, which were swinging around near the food and registers. This looked very unprofessional and raised sanitation concerns.

Between the lack of professionalism, pest issues, and poor food safety practices, this experience left a very negative impression. I strongly encourage management to review camera footage , retrain staff on proper standards, and take action regarding pest control and sanitation.

Customers expect higher standards from Wingstop, and this location is not meeting them.

Not so good anymore...half the reason I ate here was for their fries. To cut costs, they have switched to nasty pre frozen fries. I hate to say it, but I think they just lost a loyal customer.

Amazing service. The food was out quickly. I saw several staff members when I arrived. Not very noisy even with the amount of people at this location. Very clean in the dining area, and the restroom. I'll definitely be back.

Went to a different location and it was complete chaos and after waiting i was told it would be a 35-45 minute wait. Found this location wasn't to far so my wife placed an order on the app on our way to this location and we saw the wait would be 15-19 minutes which is pretty average for wing stop. We showed up not even 5 minutes after placing the order and the order was already being bagged. The staff was very friendly, We decided to eat at the location, and it was very clean and had 100 health/clean rating.Food was hot, wings and fries were perfect. Definitely impressed with how this location is ran.

The wings were great wet and crispy and the fries were also very fresh, very crispy I totally recommend to come to this wing stop and the staff was really kind and respectful.
