They take a bit long on orders, but let's face it they get a bunch of orders. That's cause they're that good. They only thing I don't like is that they could add more sauce to their wings and way more parmesean to their garlic parmesean. Other then that they are hot juicy not dry and their fries are seasoned and not served cold ?

Ordered online, was ready pretty fast which surprised me. My wings were over cooked, dried out. Suppose to be 10 only got 9 pieces. Ordered classic but this got mixed, Ordered extra ranch but only got one. Don't think I'll be returning here.

Lila was extremely rude from the start, not only to me but the next 4 guests ordering. Told me about 30 minutes to get my extra crispy which they weren’t. Didn’t get my food til 20 after everyone else in my group. Finally asked Lila how much longer, she tells me 13 more minutes, which I asked for a refund. She goes gets the female manager, comes to the expo girl and points to my food that was already being put on the try and the ticket not to make it. A guy named Luis starring at my clenching his fists the whole time the manager is speaking to me. I ask the manager does he have an issue because I asked for a refund and she said no but I can ask him if u want. I told her to turn around to see how Luis was looking at me. She said no she will talk to him. I take my food to my table and around 11:45pm he comes to the front registers and stares at me again in which I asked him if there was an issue I could help him with, he takes his glasses off and continues to stare at me and then walk about after 1-2 minutes

This particular location is notorious for having bad reviews. I dont care for Wingstop, but I was here with someone who really likes them. Here was my experience. The staff was courteous, friendly, and attentive to us. The dining area was clean. The wings were tasty, and the veggies were crisp (we skipped the fries). My overall experience here was satisfactory. Come check them out for yourself!

I pre ordered my wings by phone when I arrived my order was all screwed up I then had to wait another 18 minutes for more wings. Right after I re ordered they ran out of classic wings for the rest of the patrons. What a joke stay away from this location.

Absolutely worst Wingstop I've ever been to. Amber, our host, was rude and didn't even care to take our order correctly. Then got hostile when confronted. Was even a hassle trying to get her to refill our drink. Even had people hand scooping their own ketchup from the dispenser. Just a rude, unorganized establishment. Obviously no manager was even on shift, from the looks of it.
