Did a phone order was told food would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, got there in 20 minutes, place was crowded and we had to wait 35 minutes for our order to be ready. I would have appreciated being told that they were busy and it will be a 30 to 45 minute wait. It's a small establishment and it was over crowded with people waiting for their food orders.

Staff is extremely rude.. after getting my order wrong I went back in to ask if something could be made again and I heard the cook in the back say “who orders it plain” with an attitude. People shouldn’t be shamed for the way they order food

I will NEVER go to this location again (Pat Booker Rd)
We were at this location Saturday, October 18th between 7-830pm.
Cashier took her retainer/invisalign out, put it on the counter in a napkin, and proceeded to eat chips at the register while there were customers at the counter & in the store serving people. Not washing her hands once in between all of this!
Not sanitary AT ALL!
Two cashier ladies were also on their phones VERY often and loudly talking about their personal lives, even while there were customers at the counter waiting.

I'm Saturday Oct 11, I ordered through Wingstop.com a delivery order. I never received my wings. I called the driver that was listed on my order. He told me that the restaurant had told him that a different driver picked up my order. He went to the restaurant so that I could speak to them. They told me there was nothing they could do. Also the boyfriend of one of the workers pulled a gun on the driver. Wingstop's website is also of no help as there is no way to contact anyone for my refund.

I mean the food is good, but when the restaurant runs out of bags to package orders and refuses to make anymore orders until they get more bags, you kind of feel like you wasted your time even bothering to order here. I would say plan ahead and know how much inventory you need in regards to brown bags.

It’s 923 pm and Jay the young cashier (brown hair in pony tail with braces) stated they refuse to do an order of all flats or “well done” because the wait time was 30-35 mins. I told her I was willing to wait the time frame and she refused to complete the order and take the money stating they were too busy?!! Wingstop needs to fire the employees that don’t want to make them money when customers state they are willing to wait

If there were a locker or drop box to pick up food would be better than having to deal with the rude women who work the register foods good but the service is horrible

Wings were old, and reheated, not crispy as per my request! Plus the manager hangs up on me cuz I’m irate that I got a reheated order and my dressing spilled all over the inside of the bag. $38 meal down the drain and with attitude!!!

The food is good, typical Wingstop. As for the customer service, the girls at the register need more training. My order was scheduled to be ready at 9:21 per the online app. I arrived at 9:30 with my order still on the line. As I wait I watch these girls chit chatting so much that they place order after order on the rack without a word. It took us as customers to get up and ask for our order for a second time. As one girl hands it the order to one customer she says “I don’t know why they’re not calling the names out when they put them here.” She literally placed the bags there INCLUDING MINE as I watched her. I don’t want to forget to include, one of my orders said no pickles. We got pickles. I waited an extra 30 minutes. Holidays or not, Wingstop has been around long enough to do better. The management needs to get it together.

Staff members have attitude. Don’t greet people at all just ask what they need. Zero customer service. If you order to go check your food before you drive off. Fries were old and cold.
