Wings over cooked..I prefer crunchy chicken wings..not naked fried chicken..what happen to the crust? Wasn't impressed..however on a positive note..granddaughter enjoyed the boneless korean spicy ones..

Tonight’s crew is the best service i’ve had here in a while .My wing were made exactly how I LOVE THEM . Even the young lady who took my orders was very sweet . Keep this up

Ordered cheese fries, 10 piece boneless wings. Cheese fries were put in bag vertically instead of horizontal they were salty and spicy. No where did it say spicy and salty when I placed order. Also ordered fanta orange and got fruit punch type drink.

I’m removing my negative review and giving more stars since this place has shaped up since my lest review. Mikayla (or Kayla) took my order over the phone and was very clear and professional. When I got there the place was being slammed with orders but the staff remained professional and friendly. the wings were good as well 👍

The corn on the cob is so small it’s like you can barely get two bites off of it.

First time going there wont go there again service was good but food was horrible fries were definitely old and so was the grease i had high expectations after i ate the second to last wing is where it hit my stomach was killing me and had bad bowel movements all day thanks wingstop

Service here was bad. I ordered my food carryout my order was messed up because there's not an option for wet wings. I didn't even know about requesting wet wings honestly. I called to get it remade but after being on the phone for 30 minutes with manuel the manager he couldn't even assist me with a refund. I had lifted my phone number with my order and even called about my tea but they made my order how they wanted it poor service. Now I am not even hungry but having to go back and forth with manuel and him saying that there nothing he can do because they made the order right when it just says garlic paresan they assumed to make it dry. Now I have to wait for James the GM to assist me. You have my number and could have called me instead of assuming my order.then they wanted me to wait an extra 15 mins for the tea. I then got another drink because I wasn't going to wait. The only thing is yall can do better communicate and manage like a manager .

Our wings had way too much sauce on them, we both ordered boneless wings, they sent out bone in and boneless, and threw away the extras without even saying anything about it. As someone who works in a restaurant, I personally find that a bit distasteful. But the veggie sticks, ranch, and fries were yummy!

First time ordering Wingstop. I ordered for delivery. They got my order mixed up with another delivery so I received complete wrong order. I called the store and the manager was understanding and apologized for the mixup. Offered to remake it but I had to pick it up. Not what I needed to be doing during a game and guests. I had no choice. What I was most disappointed was the taste of the wings/fries, very salty sauces or spice. It was so salty I couldn't enjoy eating it. Wingstop may want to look into the level of sodium their sauce has. I may not consider ordering again. Very disappointed.

Let me first say I don’t write reviews but felt compelled to do so and hopefully save others the inevitable horrible experience…
Probably the worst wings I’ve ever had.
Visited 9/12 and the place was packed (not sure why). Ordered a 6 piece extra crispy dry rub and a michelob ultra. Beer was skunky and manager reluctantly replaced it for a “not so skunky” one. Wings appeared to be extra crispy on one side with so much rub that made them super salty and inedible. Not to mention other side was rubbery and almost raw. I don’t bother asking for a replacement as I was already over it. Fries were good though ?
Seriously don’t waste your time or money!
