OLIVIA is AWESOME! Next time you go in, ask Olivia for some suggestions. I would have never ordered the Asian wings without her expert opinion and dead-on accurate description. LOL. She as very nice and helpful. Very professional. An expert on Asian cuisine and damn good at finding lost cell phones. She was a big hit. I told her manager and she knew we were telling the truth. Thanks, WingStop for hiring Olivia. She made everything great!

Placed an order of boneless wings on my lunch break. Order flavor was honey hot and original hot. The honey hot was soaked in grease totally dissolving the seasoning. The original hot was only sauced on one side very dry. Placed call to store asked to speak to the manager was put on hold for 15 min just for the employee to tell me that the manger was busy to take my call. Told her the issue her response was well then why didn’t you bring them back. I told her I can’t I went on my lunch break I’d like a refund or some kind or credit she said she can’t. I said okay well what’s the managers name to call back the employee says since you are going to complain I can’t give you her name which as a manger is her job. Anyways ms Olivia was full of attitude and sarcasm it was a horrible speaking to her unfortunately they will be getting a corporate complaint from me … Do better!

Ordered DoorDash didn’t realize it was for pickup. Why would I order DoorDash for pickup?? Anyway DoorDash wouldn’t do anything and wingstop wouldn’t heat up the order said it wasn’t on them. They needed a credit from DoorDash bc they said they would lose product and money. Super bogus of all these people.

The guy at the front desk is too rude. The one whi has a big “gold” chain. Lousy attitude for just asking if they have my order ready or should I wait. In only 5 minutes he argued with two different customers.

Wingstop has officially disappointed us. After placing our order and picking it up we found that they forgot to include a second large fry that was on our order. So, we drove all the way back to pick them up… only to find that they gave us a small fry instead of what should have been a large fry. Moral if the story — if you order to go don’t trust that they can do their job. Double check your order.

My experience today was horrible. They put my 16 wings in one box, all mix up with the sauces, the African American gentleman in the counter was extremely rude when I asked him if I was missing a box his answer was " well, I didn't make the order, you did" I was like.... okay well, there's only one box, and he turned around and left. So I called again because I needed another ranch, we'll he threw that ranch in the counter, the lady in the kitchen brought another ranch with a horrible attitude and threw it in the counter as well.... I had asked for cheese and I was completely ignored. It's absolutely not fair for customer to deal with employees attitude they need to go home if they don't want to be there. Terrible experience. My wings are horrible because of course they threw them in the like they did with the ranch...I am very upset about.
