I've loved coming to Wing Stop ever since they first opened and if you ever do the no carb challenge, this place with quickly became one of your go to restaurants (But from what you can see on my pictures, I'm not on that diet at the moment 😂)! Everything is fresh and made to order so while technically yeah you can get them to go, if you have the time I would recommend you eat them at the restaurant while it's still hot instead.

OMG...great spot. I have never seen a Wingstop with an open bar; although just drafts!! The service was professional, friendly and inviting. The young lady at the counter was superwoman the day I visited due to a large number of orders, but she held it down with calm grace. Kudos to her!!

The service has become bad. 20min wait for an order placed ahead of time. Not an apology given to anyone(atleasr 10people) waiting. When i told the young boys at the register an apology would be nice..they just looked at me confused. Then looked at each other and shook their heads.POOR SERVICE.If you cant keep up with online orders, stop taking online orders.

Food took 20-25 minutes to come out. Wings were bland and fries were cold. Some of our group finished their food before getting our wings. An employee did apologize for the delay saying they were using a new system. But there were several employees working. It was not that busy either. Spent $16.55 cents for the 8 bone in wing combo with the drink. Very disappointed.

The times that I have been in this wing stop the employee's are friendly and polite. The atmosphere is good.
Never dined in. Only order to go. Im from Buffalo, and can say their wings are excellent. (I order them extra crispy). The one thing I never understand, is why this place, and others, charge extra for all flappers or all drums, because when all is said and done, preferences are 50 - 50.

I want to recognize one of your employees for handling a tough situation with professionalism and grace. I couldn’t hear the full interaction, but I could tell she was doing her best to assist someone over the phone which seemed like they wouldn’t really let her get a word in. Eventually, she had to move on from the call and shift her focus to those of us waiting at the counter.
From what I saw, she was the only person up front while one cook was working in the back, meaning she was juggling a lot on her own. Despite all that, she remained respectful, composed, and kind to each guest. You can tell she cares about doing her job right, even when things get overwhelming. That kind of work ethic deserves to be acknowledged.
