My order took 25 minutes on an empty place. Chicken rubbery and was a little underdone, I shouldn’t have to ask for well done to get normal crispy skin on a fried chicken. This was my go to place but tonight it was a fail. The garlic Parmesan didn’t taste like garlic, not even close.

Went in at 8pm on October 27th. Stood at the counter for a few minutes. Two employees in the store. The guy walked right to the back as soon as I walked in and I didn’t see him again. The girl stood in the back on her phone and ignored me completely. I walked out.

Cashier young lady that starts with an “ M “ is so wonderful she made sure our order was exactly how we wanted it with such great customer service and a smile !! Her pleasantness made our meal even more enjoyable .
I ordered delivery, the food was hot and tasted fresh. genuinely a very good Wingstop the wings were not dry at all and the fries were great. some of my boneless wings were the wrong flavor & the coke was underfilled but regardless i still think 5 stars since the wings tasted so good i didn't even mind
