We usually live this place and come often. Lately our food has taken over 30 minutes more than what was estimated. Today while we waited over 30 mins for the order that should have been ready by 1:50 pm (its 2:22) we saw a cook spilling cheese all over the machine and counter and he proceeded to scrape it off the counter and put it in container to give to us. Of course that’s dirty and denied it so we got clean one but that’s unsanitary and unacceptable.
This is the worst wing stop in san antonio. They are super slow and rude no customer service skills. Don't order from here you will be waiting longer than a wait list, sitting down ordering your food and waiting for your food to come out. Then Getting readily to pay your bill, that's when u can go back to wing stop and pick up your order you placed online. So if you want to eat order 4 hours before you are hungry.

Worst Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. Was placed order and came in 30 min later. Was told order will be ready at a stated pick up time in 40 more min. Came in 10 min before they requested and it turns out it has been sitting there. 15 of the 20 boneless wings were terrible and had no seasoning. Completely incorrect. This Wingstop ALWAYS FAILS.

My husband arrived to get our order. we did not expect it to be done because of course we placed it 10 minutes ago. he was on the way home and passing by so he decided to just go in and wait. they asked what he was there for and he told them a pick up. let me emphasize THEY ASKED HIM..(i was on the phone the entire time and hear the interaction) not the other way around. he gave them the name for the order and they had an attitude and decided to emphasize the order pick up time. we know this, we are in the service industry but the last 3 times we went by that time our food was cold and soggy. we just wanted to be there when it was done. please get staff that can hide their misery better and have actual customers service skills, especially when the customer is not being rude or needy in any way. last time i’ll be ordering here. also apparently they are out of ice and only doing “flats”. management needs to address this entire operation.

First thing they said was it’s going to be an hour wait. Then once they started taking our order they asked if it’s for here or to go. Once we said here the cashier went to ask the manager if we can eat there. Which i thought was weird since it was only 8pm and they close at 12am. Then i ordered just flats and they said they are not taking any special orders. At that point I just said forget it I am not going to waste my money and time and not get what I want. First time visiting this location and will definitely never come back.

First they couldn’t find my house, then i get to these FRIES! These fries were so skinny and small. It really ruined my experience. we asked for one to be extra salty, but the regular was too salty and the extra salty was WAY too salty. i’m only giving stars for the boneless wings, but at least they got that park right.

It took 1 hour for our food to be served. The fries had so much salt they were not edible. The urinal was bagged up and not operable.
Avoid at all costs.

Went into the store for a to-go order. It was almost $30 for ONE meal, to start. I ordered a 10 piece bone in (all flats) combo, extra crispy. I specifically asked for extra crispy fries AND wings because I knew I was ordering to go and I didn’t want them soggy. It took over 20 minutes for my food to be ready, which would have been fine if they took that time to get my order right. They didn’t. Everything was soggy and disgusting. I also ordered cheese sauce for my fries and that wasn’t terrible, but the fries were soggy, so I couldn’t even enjoy that. I have not gone to this place in a while because it was terrible in the past. I wanted to give it another chance, unfortunately, there has been no improvement.

This location never gets the order right. Half your family gets what they wanted the others get a refund in 7-10 business days. They won’t even try to deliver the missing part of your order. The manager actually said to bad so sad that’s what all restaurants do when they get the order wrong. I can understand once or twice but four times ordering and they always have missing items on our order.
Food was excellent and hot when I received it! Staff was great and greeted me with smile…. The restaurant was clean. I understand there is no perfectly clean restaurant…. But I’m there for the food not to spot check things…. That’s not my job! Credit to the staff for doing their best! No job is easy but up to work is a start! Recommend this place for the great food, service, smiles and the tv’s to watch games in a peaceful environment
