Came in to order my son just five wings girl cashiers rude . Attitude for no reason and I thought my wingstop was bad I don’t even stay in this neighborhood. The boys making my food are eating and touching my food INSANE 🤣 . You know my wingstop on commerce ain’t looking to bad they at least say thank you and sorry .

The only Wingstop in sight that won’t give you food poisoning but the staff is rude and slow. I walk in and she tells me my food will be right out. 10 minutes later I ask how long my food will be and she says 9 more minutes and I point out my pick up time and she says well there’s nothing I can do about it then chicken isn’t cooked.

Excellent customer service, I wish I had gotten the employees name because she did an excellent job. The food was delicious and there was plenty for my family. We will return, thank you for the excellent experience.

It appears that all locations in the San Antonio area have stabilized. The wings lack moisture and flavor (very dry). The fries taste stale.

I placed a order 5 mins before door dashed closed I usually don’t do this but i still had enough to to get my food, when my dasher arrived there I asked him why it was taking so long to pick up my order, he sent me a picture of the resturant completely closed no one was inside, lights were out now I understand a late order but atleast stay or I wouldn’t have cared if it was left outside because I can reheat it, I never got my food

Terrible. Placed an order online gave them thirty minutes before I went to the store only to sit twenty more minutes before they even realized they couldn’t find my ticket and had to remake my food if I could rate this place negative stars I would!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

I am highly disappointed. The wings were cold, overcooked and dry. I don't understand how employees have no problem bringing you burned wings. I will not be returning to this location.

Disappointed with Wingstop tonight. I usually never have any issues with this location. I’m not sure what employee did not feel like working tonight but these wings taste horrible they are overcooked and whoever tossed the wings couldn’t even care enough to toss them correctly as you can tell by the pictures. A waste of my money, I guess avoid this location on Monday nights after 10pm whoever they have working at that time cause they don’t care about the food they serve.
