Went there and food was hot and fresh. Wings were perfect and the fries as well. Our cashier by the name of J was super kind and friendly. When we walked in he greeted us with a big smile on his face and Made us feel welcomed. When we were sitting down he’d come by and ask us if we needed anything else. That was so sweet of him. Good job J.

Ordered and got cold hard fries, could tell they were old because when I tried them they were hard to bite into and pull apart, I got tiny little bites for some of the "boneless". Lemon pepper tasted plain and really dry.

When you go to a Wing Stop and the music in the kitchen is in Spanish. You know the food is going to be good. These young boys are very professional and keep the place spotless

I ordered for take out a special bundle pack ,plus added 2 tenders..these are the smallest tenders I have ever seen, the lemon pepper (4) I ordered, look as though they have been refried multiple times..I ripped it in half and there was literally a hard rubbery sliver of chicken coated in oil.the paper itself had at least 1/2 cup of oil in it..the once recognizable lemon pepper tenders I have had multiple times, we're unidentifiable as such..just old oil, and cooked multiple times..I left another location for the refried wings and fries and oil problem..now it is here too..for 30 bucks..something should be edible right? So disgusted and disappointed..this is what you guys do..and can't get it right?? I had to add..this was a complete waste..too dry or too greasy, and there is no way any type of measurement went into the seasoning of wings and tenders..fries were barely warm , and the tenders were all cold ..wings same..16 to 20 for pickup, was there 20 minutes later..no way this was made from raw..Boo Wingstop...shame shame

They have roaches! I saw one over the food after I ordered. I went to the restroom and saw 6 or 7 baby roaches going towards the kitchen from the restroom. Another customer tried killing the big roache on the beer fridge but he couldn't reach it. That's was my second time seeing roaches there so I ditched our food and left after seeing that. I should've asked for a refund but I didn't want to scare other customers away. Please get it cleaned up before I call it in. Again that was my second time seeing roaches there in a 3 month period. So you have had plenty of time to get it taken care of. I was there Last on July 19 2024. I will go back there to see if I see roaches and I will call it in next time.
