I will always order me a large size of Wingstop hot original sauce and it's either here or off 410 well I'm over here at 151 and I was going to give me a large size of Wingstop hot original sauce on the size of the cheese side which is like $5 well come in and they say I don't do that, manager said we don't allow that we don't ever allow no that's a lie because I come here and get some all the time I just want to put a review I'm disappointed in that that at this time I'm not getting it at all the times I did always get it and since this manager is there I'm not allowed to get my original hot sauce I'm going to pay for which is the size of a of a large cheese dip which is like around $5 she's not going to set up to me so now I got to go back to 410 where they will sell it to me which is a drive but it's worth going for it because I like the original hot sauce I'm very disappointed in this Wingstop over here I won't ever be here ever going over here ever again I'll be proceeding going to the one off Ingram at 410 FYI and the reason I'm going in giving it a star that would have been a zero star I will give it a zero because they don't out and beyond for their customers

I waited for 30 mins for my order which was already ready when I got there (because i had placed the order ahead).. but never got handed over despite asking them 3 times to 3 different ppl. I order delivery from Wingstop quite a bit and it never fails that something is always missing from my order. It isn't even worth calling anymore because they just want you to come get it. If I wanted to go get it, I wouldn't have paid to have it delivered. Is it really that hard to have someone double check the order before it goes out? I'll take my 80+ dollar order somewhere else from now on.

Place an order around 10 o clock wasn't that pack for a Thursday night, a few concerns that I have while cashier was taking orders there was 2 other people Infront of me notice the entire kitchen was not wearing gloves and they were touching their face tossing wings,getting receipts etc and I wanted to let the food speak for itself but seeing how the employees handled their food and everything made me rethink my choices

This really sucks leaving leaving bad reviews, the cashier was so nice, but if I didnt have to make another 20 min trip to get a refund I wouldn't be as upset.Everyone knows that when you order wings, chicken nuggets, tenders, 99.9% of the time you dip them into a sauce. I love their ranch sauce, I was going to order extra, I order A LARGE SIZE, low and behold I'm ready to dig in and no dipping sauce, and this was a short visit, I am not from San Antonio, this is the first time I am eating out. I am celebrating 20 years today in the Navy lol. but Im not driving back guys.... i was but Im too mad and don't want to drive badly.Yay i get to dip 10 wings into nothing!!! service was fast tho!!! JUST CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!

Ordered a 40 piece meal. Informed Chelsea that it was a business order for four people and asked twice for each ten piece to be put in separate boxes. I informed once when ordering and once after seeing receipt. She said she would write it on ticket as well as inform the kitchen. Upon receiving my order I noticed that there was only two boxes. I asked where the other two boxes were and the gentleman giving me my order said that two flavors were in one box. When I told him about the request I made with Chelsea he threw me two boxes and said “ deal with it.”. Please do not go to this location if you want a request of any kind. They don’t care. I payed almost $70.00. In today’s time that’s a lot. This location does not care what you want. I know for a fact Chelsea did not say anything to them or my order would have been like I asked. She lied. I will take my $70.00 to wing daddy’s next time. They care.

Wingstop, I spent $31.91 in food, waited 47 minutes and I finally decided to ask Esmeralda if order was almost out, her response, we are busy, ok, so that did not answer my question, and maybe staffing should help her attitude, these guys were in distress and especially Esmeralda, so ofcourse, will not be back again. At least not to this one. Her lack of Guest Service was terrible. And the shift just began. Waiting this long I was at least anticipating HOT food, so the cold food and attitude could have been better if they would at least recognize i pay their wages. Oh, by the way, when I asked for seasoning your response of we don't have any was a poor excuse for you to be there.
