Ordered chicken sandwich online, was very hard and super DRY, and burnt 👎🏻

Had to wait 15+ minutes, I placed an online order for 8:00pm at 7:15pm and was missing 5 wings.

I placed an order for two chicken sandwiches and was informed it would take about 40 minutes. I arrived after waiting the full 40 minutes, only to find that my order was still not ready. After finally receiving it and getting home, I was very disappointed to discover that both sandwiches were severely overcooked and burnt—essentially inedible.
I’ve always enjoyed your food in the past, which made this experience especially frustrating. I understand that late-night shifts can be busy, but the long delay combined with the extremely poor food quality fell far below the standard I expect from your restaurant.
I’d appreciate it if you could look into this and offer some form of resolution (such as a refund or credit for a future visit).

went here like a week and a half ago on 11/5 at around 2pm and whoever was working at that time was extremely rude to me. forgive me for inquiring about the menu and being indecisive for a few seconds longer than anticipated, but why is this man with the glasses drilling his fingers into my palm to give me my change and thrusting the receipt into my hand aggressively? that in no way is proper customer service. not to mention, the soda machine is totally jank, the sensors or touch sensitivity is worn and you have you push so hard to get the drink you want. so this same cashier waits behind me, i assume to get his own drink, and comes up behind me (what even is personal space? does it exist anymore?) and mansplains how the soda machine works.

fire wings though, a little dry but this whole experience made me think about not even wanting the wings after paying.

SLOWEST WINGSTOP IVE EVER VISITED!
How is it that every single time I come, I just order a small meal yet everyone after me that ordered for their order first. Hate this place, lost my business. I rather drive the extra 10 mins towards each other location around than come to this one. Wasn’t even busy. Everyone got an attitude. Even the guy with the dreads. Y’all the worst in SA. Just close it down.

Literally come here all the time always get the all in bundle , had to call another wing stop to verify that they were literally lying to my face about having a triple bundle when another wing stop literally told me they had it ladies didn’t even check their screens to verify they just said no we don’t have it when I just got done speaking to another wing stop make it make sense.

I walked in to grab my DoorDash, and BAM! Hit in the face with a sewage smell or something. Then they tell me it'll be like, five more minutes. I'm stuck here, waiting and smelling this awful stuff. I don't know how anyone can eat in here with this smell, seriously.

Walked in to pick up and stood there for 10-15 min thinking I’m invisible because nobody would acknowledge me. Even the Doordasher that walked in 5 min after me was acknowledged. Only reason I know y'all can see me is cause I kept making direct eye contact with the 10 employees standing there not doing anything but socializing including one that was eating. I’ve worked in a restaurant for multiple years, pretty sure it’s a health code violation to be eating in the kitchen but go off. Eventually the male employee who I assume was the manager who had been on the phone (no fault to him for actually being busy) finally assisted me. All y’all had to do is hand me the order on the shelf guys it’s not that difficult, it was paid for and everything. Food was good though at least so star for that.

If I order online and it tells me a time range I expect my food to be ready relatively close to that time. Waiting until people show up and having them sit in your store for 30 minutes is not how this works. Change your pick up time if you’re busy. You need a new manager who can run the pickup system better. The one point the remote at the screen doesn’t cut it.
