First of all, the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were hit with a foul, rancid smell that made it almost unbearable to sit down. The entire place felt unclean and neglected. To make matters worse, we were treated with blatant disrespect by every single staff member we encountered. Our presence was ignored multiple times when we tried to order or ask questions, as if we were invisible. One particular employee took things to a disturbing level: he started following us around the restaurant, closely watching what we were drinking like he was keeping tabs on us. He made inappropriate, sexual comments to himself while giggling under his breath as we ate, making the entire experience deeply uncomfortable and humiliating. Things escalated when I went to use the restroom he actually followed me there. After I entered the restroom, he tried to punch in the door code to open it while I was inside. I quickly pulled my pants up, and he opened the door anyway, only to stand there awkwardly and say âsorryâ before walking off. It didnât end there: as we were trying to eat, he kept staring at us with a creepy intensity, and it was obvious he was playing with himself through his pocket. We immediately alerted the manager about his behavior, but shockingly, they brushed it off and told us that what we described was ânormalâ and that we should just ignore it. I canât believe a place like this can operate with such vile, predatory behavior from staff and complete indifference from management. The entire experience was absolutely sickening, and I would never recommend this disgusting establishment to anyone.

I just placed an order with Jalem (not sure if it's spelled correctly) and they were sooo helpful and so kind on the phone! They were able to get what I wanted and even offered me some options!!!Thank you! Great humans out there do exist!

June 10, 2025 Shout out to Frida (manager). I thought they got our order wrong but we had. She nicely pointed that out to us but still made our order how we wanted it. Her professionalism and sweet demeanor combined is a plus. Thank you, Frida!

Now they have to go outside to give you your order and can obviously makes things challenging for them but regardless of the circumstances they always have a smile on your face. they are doing a great job and they should be awarded.

Good location, friendly staff and order is usually correct. But the wings here are consistently the TINIEST things ive ever gotten at any location.which begins to feel like a waste of money tbh. Order a 10 pc but it feels like a 5 bc of how small this locations wings are.

My dining experience here is always wonderful whether I eat in or take out. Customer service is excellent and server Anniyah was a stellar example of that.. always friendly and accommodating! Plus, the food (and oil) is ALWAYS fresh!!

They ignored me and took everybody order around me. I even let a guy who was there before me go ahead and they never asked me again. The guy at the front counter just looked at me and kept going. I was delivering for uber eats had to cancel my delivery cause they wouldnât service me. Wow
