This place is usually okay but today was horrible. Wings were overcooked half of it was not even edible. I guess I remember why it showed I haven't been back in 3 years. When I called to place a order some girl answered very rude didn't say anything just mumbled and put me on hold for over 7 mins. By the time they answered I was literally pulling in. Then I waited 20+ minutes just to have cold and over cooked wings half sauced. Fries looked as if they were sitting in the fryer and were dark and burnt to a crisp. Most disgusting place I been in a while. Definitely not going back.

Ordered wings today at 4pm, I knew there was gonna be a wait because of Super Bowl, completely understandable. Was told my order would be ready at 6pm. Show up and they tell me it’s gonna be 15 mins longer. It’s been 30 mins and they just said it will be another 15, that my choices were to either wait or cancel. Well since I gave you 3 hour notice and planned on this food, I’m stuck waiting. Definitely will be looking for somewhere else to get wings from now on.

The food was cold as fuck the service was horrible we asked for 3 ranches in our order plus an additional big tub that we were willing to pay for and they gave us all blue cheese and then told us we couldn't order a big tub of ranch. The establishment smelled really bad on top of that. Horrible experience

It's always a hit or miss when I come to Wing stop, this time definitely changed my tune. I was helped by Jonathan and his customer service was exceptional. I was honestly having a crappy day and his energy just gave me an energy boost. He even saved me some money in the ordering process. This location is very clean, I came on my lunch break and got my food in less than 15 minutes. Friendly staff, excellent quality in wings, clean welcoming environment. Overall good experience, glad I came in for lunch today. 10 star experience. I'll be back.

Ordered mild wings, and received wings without sauce. Come was flat, and tasted funny. Is normally a good place to eat, but not when busy, otherwise prepare for mistakes.
