We decided to just grab some fries from here on a friday. We ordered 3 servings. when my husband got home with the fries all three baskets were hard and had a ton of seasoning on them. I tried to scrape out a few to eat amongst 6 of us, but we had to throw the rest aways. That was such a complete waste of money.

I placed an order on 9/25/25 for a 30-piece: 6 mild flats, 6 hot honey rub flats, and 18 lemon pepper (all well-seasoned/extra seasoning), along with fries also requested well-seasoned.

When I picked up my order, I checked the boxes and saw my extra seasoning request wasn’t done. I had to ask the worker to add more seasoning to the 18-piece lemon pepper and the fries. The manager, Giselle, asked, β€œMore seasoning or dipping sauce?” I clarified I wanted additional seasoning on both. She sprinkled seasoning only on the top and handed them back.

When I got home, I found more issues:
β€’ The 6 mild flats had very little sauce.
β€’ The 6 hot honey rub flats had no seasoning at all and were plain.

I called the store, but was told Giselle was too busy to speak. She called back an hour later. Instead of addressing my concerns, she was defensive, stating, β€œI know it had seasoning as I personally made the meal.” When I explained that was even more concerning, she disconnected the line three times. Each time I called back, employees either dodged my call or left me on hold with no follow-up.

Looking at my receipt, I noticed Giselle not only took my order but also made itβ€”and yet it still didn’t meet the clear requests I gave over the phone. Spending $56.99 for food that came out plain and with poor customer service was extremely disappointing.

To add to that, Giselle told me, β€œI have the right to refuse service”—despite me being patient and respectful the entire time. I eventually had to call another Wingstop location, where I was advised to contact the GM the next morning at 9 AM, which I intend to do.

Don't order delivery from these clowns. They don't communicate when your orders ready, they don't communicate when they're in route, they don't communicate when they leave your food off. Worthless.

I went in to order around 2pm, wanted 8 pieces of chicken. The dude let me order but before ringing be up he said β€œoh just so you know it’s going to be 45 minutes” it wasn’t busy, I guess 8 wings is a big order for the wing restaurant

Today was the best food quality that we've had in a long time! We customize our order and the fries were perfectly done, fresh, warm, crispy, and had the extra seasoning we asked for. And the wings were amazing!!! I wish we had the ability to ask for double extra well done when ordering online. Today I called to have them double extra cook them and they were perfect!!! Kudos to the team tonight!!!

I'll never eat wing stop again! I'm sad they changed their fries from fresh cut to frozen fries. The fries were the reason I would go there. They should make the price cheaper for changing to frozen fries!
