I'll never eat wing stop again! I'm sad they changed their fries from fresh cut to frozen fries. The fries were the reason I would go there. They should make the price cheaper for changing to frozen fries!

Super bad staff , claimed they called my name although I was sitting right in front of them . Got really cold wings and fries after 30 minutes. Super disappointed never visit this.

I just want to acknowledge the manager on charge on Wednesday, May 7 at 6:45 PM. I called in an order over the phone and asked if they would be able to take my order and bring it out to me as I had broke my foot and it would be hard for me to carry the food out of the store. She was very helpful. Took my order over the phone, took my payments and then brought me my order Service was fast and friendly 10 thumbs up for great service. I believe her name was Sydney.. The location is 1604 and Bandera.

Opening manager lacks urgency and time management. Placed an online order to be strategically picked up at 10:45am during a timed lunch break. Walked in and my ticket, the only ticket, was hanging up, not yet bagged or even pulled out of the fryer. The manager then proceeded to have a casual conversation with the already slowed elder cashier. I walked out at 10:49. 4 minutes is a LOT on a timed lunch break.
Do not recommend scheduled pick up.
I put an online order with a 40 minute wait, i get to the place, turns out they gave it to another person, they made us wait 40 extra more minutes, employees with a bad attitude and super slow for everything.
Wings are just about always good, and I wish they would market the ranch.

The skinny guy with glasses taking orders is very rude and overall seems annoyed with his job. He walked to the back and there was a chair slightly pulled out at an empty table & he slammed it into the table faced right making a loud slam where everyone turned.
ALSO wingstop refusing cash and only accepting CARDS for payment is WILD. I tried paying for a ranch cash and was denied then while sitting there I witnessed 2 pick up orders denied because they had cash!!!
Waiting 45 minutes for 2 meals is insane. If you didnβt want us to come back, it worked.
If the wait time is too long don't go. Waiting means it's good. Or you want them crispy like me. I was offered a 12 min ready time by Javon, but I was so surprised it wasn't 20 mins he asked if that was that too long, I said no, I was used to much longer and I was surprised it was so short. He said, oh! You want extra crispy! I live for that!!! My Man hooked it up crispy AND juicy.
The emo scrawny kid with the hipster glasses and hair that looks like itβs extremely fried that was working at the register, you need to do better and work on yourself. Especially with the attitude towards your peers you donβt need to project your negativity to others who have nothing to do with you. You need to get retrained and be able to have a better work ethic. Waiting 17 minutes for an 8 pc is CRAZY WORK when this location was EMPTY.
Always a good experience at this Wingstop.
