Ordered delivery, did not receive some items, called and woman was very rude. She said they would refund in 3 days. Never got anything back, and now they are listed as "closed." Total scam. Corporate office should investigate their shady practices.

So I ordered my food for DoorDash, but they never put the veggies that we ordered double on in the order. Call the store had to drive out to the store to go get them and on top of that even though I called it in and said I was on the way to pick them up. They still hadnât even processed getting them ready so I had to wait again for them to, get the veggies together before I leave. Is dismal and slow.

I used to love wing stop but I stop eating it because it became horrible and the food quality and service went down. However after not eating here for 5 years I decided to try this location and I wasnât disappointed. I requested my wings to be extra crispy and extra saucy and they made them exactly how I wanted and even more delicious than i expected we got 5 different flavors of the wings and drums plus fries veggies and dipping sauces. Everything was hot fresh and delicious. Me and family are so happy that wing stop (or maybe only this location) has gotten back to making good quality food and great service again.
Dietary restrictions: I have celiac which means I canât eat gluten. And they have gluten free sauces and food available
Wing stop has become stingy and pricy and Do Not accept

I order on line, went to the store 5m later to ask if all wings could be flat, My fault for ordering wrong, Erica(manager) said very rudely, " if you wanna change it, you have to wait 22m AS I have other orders and you are not special or our only customer" super bad customer service. I said, no thank you, AND STILL WAITED 25m anyway...LOL
