Ordered for delivery and forgot to add cheese and sauce, tried to add it to my order so I called them directly and apparently I had to place a whole different order or pick it up myself. Terrible customer service.

I ordered my order on uber eats and for my drink I chose minute maid lemonade but received a sprite. I also bit into my orginal hot wing I was appalled and completely disgusted by what I saw. I couldn’t even finish the rest of my wings.

Terrible service from the manager. I ordered wings and they came out super overcooked, and unsafe to eat. When I called about it, the manager gave me lots of unwarranted attitude and made it seem like it was such a bother to remake a measly 6 pc combo. Repeating the phrase "we don't have lemonade" when they asked what the order was online. I was merely reading out the order to them and he/she kept repeating it multiple times in a mean way.

Phoned In an order of lemon pepper, chicken wings and a regular fry for pick up. Asked for ketchup and napkins.1. They do not accept cash2. French fries were cold3. No catchup or napkins.

Usually stop here for wings but lately service has been poor, wings dry, fries not seasoned or cold at times. Very disappointed I’ll have to find a different spot for wings.

The tables and dining area were well kept and clean, but the restroom could have used some attention. Friendly staff and were greeted with positivity upon walking in. Placed the order, and we waited. An order came out, which was incorrect, and something had happened to the order, not sure what. However, it was immediately corrected, and the manager made it right by offering some wings and extra fries while we waited. They handled this with professionalism and thought to provide excellent customer service. The food was hot and very good. I will say, though, that a few of my wings had feathers, and that was a little off-putting, so my only suggestion is to have these wings checked because eating fried feathers is not appetizing. I ordered the Louisiana rub and was flavorful. Our drinks were filled during our meal. The service was best I've seen at any location. Keep up the good work. Just get those feathers removed...
