This past experience with Wing Stop was very disappointing. Wings were over cooked and not seasoned. They changed their fries.. not the normal seasoned fries and seemed frozen not fresh. Just overall worst experience.

It's the second time that I order from this location and my order is incomplete. Last time they forgot to give me an order of fries; this time they gave me 12 wings instead of 20.

My husband and I frequent this location very often. We had a recent bad experience, which made us almost decide to go somewhere else, or to leave the franchise entirely. Upon leaving feedback, the shift manager that I spoke with reached out, and apologized for our recent bad experience. The shift manager even went out of their way to make the situation right for us (which they really did not have to do). Because of the professional manner of the shift manager, the accountability and the willingness to make it right, my husband and I have decided to continue at this location. The manager did everything she could to make it right for us, and we had a much, much better experience the second go around. Definitely visit this location due to the service of employees, kindness, professionalism and the all around calm quiet atmosphere and as always, delicious food. The employees are always cleaning the dining room, and we always have had great service and employees checking on us to make sure we are satisfied.

Upon getting my order, I decided to check it. The fries did not have any of the hot honey seasoning on it that I ordered. I had to tell the cashier, who then took the fries from the bag then seasoned them. When I got home, I opened the tenders... they were so overcooked that the inside of them were also brown. The outside was almost black, drenched in sauce, I'm assuming they were hoping I wouldn't see it. They were completely inedible. The worst.

Highly disappointed!!!
I stopped eating at wingstop because the wings are always well overcooked and dry. I visited family in San Angelo and their wingstop was delicious, so I thought I’d try them again here in San Antonio!

As I drove up to the store the main sign on top of the building was out, I walked into the store at 10:10pm the lobby was empty, and maybe 2-3 people cleaning in the back with the music fairly loud! It took a minute to get someone’s attention, I even asked if they were closed, because it really appeared so. The team lead came up and assisted me, said they weren’t closed and had one frier on, she took my order, and The interaction was pleasant. I spoke with another front counter worker while I waited and that interaction was also very pleasant. I was told the wait was about 20 minutes, but it actually took about 40 minutes (additionally, someone who ordered after me, got their order before I got mine.)
I was going to check it there but I had a crying baby in the car. When I got home, at first glance the wings weren’t very saucy, instant disappointment. I ate a few wings and unfortunately, they were just as hard and dry as I remembered them to be. I’m not sure if their fryers temp is cranked up to cook faster or if they are left in too long… but there’s a literal dry crunch to the bone when you pull the flats apart and some parts of the chicken were just too tough to chew! I was hoping this would not be the case!
I will just stick with Wing Daddy’s.
Side note- the fries here are absolutely delicious… but not worth the tough wings

Walk in for an order and the cashier looks at me, says cinco minuto’s then proceeds to laugh!
Then says that’s 5 mins in English.

Shoutout to Matthew at Wingstop—dude’s just a cashier, but he takes your order like it’s a high-stakes mission from the wing gods themselves. Super polite, quick, and doesn’t mess up a single combo. Now let’s talk about the elephant in the room: his black and blonde hair. I don’t know if he lost a bet or got styled by a malfunctioning printer, but it’s definitely… something. It looks like someone tried to Photoshop two hairstyles together and hit “save” by accident. One half says “business,” the other half says “I make TikToks at gas stations.” Still, respect. It takes guts to rock hair that looks like a yin-yang symbol arguing with itself. Five stars for the service, and an extra half star (mentally) for the confidence it takes to walk around like that.

This place has been filled with smoke for years—every time I leave, my eyes are burning from it. It’s clear the ventilation system has never been fixed. On top of that, expect to wait 50+ minutes for any order. I placed an online order 25 minutes before arriving and still had to wait another 20 minutes inside. They seem to prioritize DoorDash and Uber Eats over in-store customers.

The employees are rude and unprofessional, though I honestly can’t blame them too much—they probably aren’t paid well. Still, it reflects badly on the experience. Save your time and money. There are plenty of local spots in San Antonio with better wings, friendlier service, and an environment that doesn’t make your eyes sting.
