I ordered 3 wings combos all well done and we got quite the opposite. The wings were barely cooked through, lightly sauced. The corn was stale. The wings werent even hot. I tried calling but no one answered. This has got to be the worst experience I've ever encountered. Complete waste of money and time. Now I have to find else for us to eat after spending $65. This needs to be rectified

The food absolutely sucked, first delivered to wrong house. Probably cooked in bad oil too, the oil smelled rancid and the wings were so leathery. Probably the worst wing experience i had in my life. The sauce was all splattered in the bag. Do not waste your money here.

Horrible service. I ordered 65 dollars of food first they forgot the wings and ranch I ordered. Caught that quickly. Went home and noticed that there were only 10 tenders instead of the 20 I order. Tried calling and they put me on hold. (Never even got to tell them why I was calling) went to the store and they let gave me so much trouble like why I didn’t notice. I’m not going to count the tenders when my hands are dirty. They are the ones who messed up and are trying to say it’s my fault. Then they said they gave me two bags when they only gave me one. They have cameras and can pull up what happened. Make sure you count your wings/tenders here and check your order before leaving.

Great food, very hot! We really appreciate the freshness of the food we received, very hot and delicious! My wife got the 6-piece classic wings and I got 5-piece tenders (2 Atomic and 3 Original Hot). Be warned: Atomic is next-level spicey!!! I couldn't eat an entire one... I may need to add Tapatio hot sauce to calm down the spice level! lol... The employee taking our order was very nice and professional. The music was too LOUD and she had a hard time hearing us and we had a hard time hearing her. Corporate: TURN THE MUSIC DOWN! Oh, and there was no paper towels in the bathroom to dry my hands with. I think they took the roll and used it by the soda dispenser.

Went there I ordered Pepper wings and got the wrong ones complete wrong ones and we’re fried complete fully not all the way with no seasoning and get a real job not fake…..

This past experience with Wing Stop was very disappointing. Wings were over cooked and not seasoned. They changed their fries.. not the normal seasoned fries and seemed frozen not fresh. Just overall worst experience.

My husband and I frequent this location very often. We had a recent bad experience, which made us almost decide to go somewhere else, or to leave the franchise entirely. Upon leaving feedback, the shift manager that I spoke with reached out, and apologized for our recent bad experience. The shift manager even went out of their way to make the situation right for us (which they really did not have to do). Because of the professional manner of the shift manager, the accountability and the willingness to make it right, my husband and I have decided to continue at this location. The manager did everything she could to make it right for us, and we had a much, much better experience the second go around. Definitely visit this location due to the service of employees, kindness, professionalism and the all around calm quiet atmosphere and as always, delicious food. The employees are always cleaning the dining room, and we always have had great service and employees checking on us to make sure we are satisfied.

Upon getting my order, I decided to check it. The fries did not have any of the hot honey seasoning on it that I ordered. I had to tell the cashier, who then took the fries from the bag then seasoned them. When I got home, I opened the tenders... they were so overcooked that the inside of them were also brown. The outside was almost black, drenched in sauce, I'm assuming they were hoping I wouldn't see it. They were completely inedible. The worst.
