Now let’s talk about the elephant in the room: his black and blonde hair. I don’t know if he lost a bet or got styled by a malfunctioning printer, but it’s definitely… something. It looks like someone tried to Photoshop two hairstyles together and hit “save” by accident. One half says “business,” the other half says “I make TikToks at gas stations.” Still, respect. It takes guts to rock hair that looks like a yin-yang symbol arguing with itself. Five stars for the service, and an extra half star (mentally) for the confidence it takes to walk around like that.

This place has been filled with smoke for years—every time I leave, my eyes are burning from it. It’s clear the ventilation system has never been fixed. On top of that, expect to wait 50+ minutes for any order. I placed an online order 25 minutes before arriving and still had to wait another 20 minutes inside. They seem to prioritize DoorDash and Uber Eats over in-store customers.
The employees are rude and unprofessional, though I honestly can’t blame them too much—they probably aren’t paid well. Still, it reflects badly on the experience. Save your time and money. There are plenty of local spots in San Antonio with better wings, friendlier service, and an environment that doesn’t make your eyes sting.

Service was horrendous. I picked up on the fact that waiters are, without asking, marking any drinks or fries as large even when I asked for them not to be. Waited twenty minutes(!) for six wings when it wasn't particularly busy. Wings were not what I asked them to be and staff seemed upset I corrected them.
The restaurant was at least clean though so two stars.

The food was okay. I had a chicken sandwich with drinks and fries. The fries were good. They didn’t have an option for a grilled version of the sandwich—only fried. The wait was a bit long for a Thursday night and the ice maker had a sign on it that the ice wasn’t working.
wingstop is soooo good but if I can give this location a negative stars I would I came down from Colorado hoping to get a good experience the young lady at the cashier had so much attitude they had the nerve to mess up my order then when I came and said something there was problem I watched her throw it away with anger . NOTHING BUT HIGH KIDS IN THERE

got here an hour before they closed we’re not from the area and they were cleaning and we asked if we can still order and the gentleman in front said of course and all his staff was really polite honestly food came out super fresh everything was good i think his name was Win 🙏 God bless

Food took forever to come out, place order at 3:32pm did not receive food till 4:18 Cashier was just in the back, when ask how much longer rolled eyes to come and tell me

Not the workers fault, but we waited an hour and half for our online order. There was 30 people in the dining room waiting, completely overwhelmed the staff. When I asked to cancel my order, the worker never came back to me and I had to confirm 5 minutes later that it was canceled. Attitude was bad, understandably. But I want my money back and I'm not sure that'll even go through
