I ordered my meal on the wing stop app at 6:00 and it said it would be ready by 6:27-6:32. I needed to do carry out because my one year old son isn’t a patient kiddo so I was thinking I would at least have to wait 5 or so minutes when I got there. Well I got there, the expected “they’re working on it right now.” And so I went to go sit down at one of the tables. Well if was way over 10 minutes, I went up and just asked again for an update. The girl seemed to be bugged by me but did say they were finishing up. I decided to wait a bit longer but stand up until we got the food. So I have my son on my hip, screaming and yelling, very upset now, and this random lady next to me was giving me ugly looks and all. I’m a single mom. I’m already frustrated so I didn’t care, well I heard my name finally and I said “oh that’s me! Thank goodness!” Then walked to the front. I noticed the lady rushed to grab the food, the worker confirmed the name, took my food, and left, and there was no eye contact between me and her when she grabbed the food and left. Mind you I was totally shocked but was thinking “maybe she had a similar name to mine or maybe it was a mixup?” Well I waited a bit longer, never heard my name or a similar one after. Now I’m a bit angry, not angry at the cashiers because they didn’t know, but when I addressed the issue and what may have happened, they dismissed me, never said anything to me or apologized. They didn’t tell me if the lady took my food and they would prepare my order again in front of the other orders or not. Just went to the back, looked at the orders and asked for the next customer. It took so long to show them my order overall. I made online almost an hour ago then, so my son is upset and screaming on the top of his lungs, his diaper is full and wet because i thought it wasn’t going to take this long to pick up some food!!! I do believe that wing stop should double check customers order names a bit more clearly, try and see the face to the name the customer says, if your unsure, look at the confirmation number on the order. Also communicate more if an issue arises like my issue.

Most of the time when I come here the customer service is good. Friendly people. Aside from service the food quality is horrible. Most of the time the fries are soggy, I ask for well done & extra seasoning & don’t get it. The chicken is super dry & in the corner of my plate, is a gumball size boneless chicken wing. YES, they counted that little thing as a wing. Rip off.

First time at this Westside location. I was very impressed by the service, customer service, very clean, hard working staff. I placed the order to go. The only problem I had was that I ordered a tea for myself, not knowing that the order I placed came with a drink. So when the employee at the counter asked me “ do you have your drink”? I said yes, which was my tea. My son didn’t get his drink. No one’s fault, she did ask me, but she didn’t know I had ordered a tea and didn’t know she was referring to the drink the order comes with. No problem.Nice new building and very clean store.
