The food is good but this is the second time they've forgotten my fries. The manager seemed friendly when I was on the phone with her and offered to replace the fries they forgot. I'm just upset how in order to complete the 16.99 meal deal I always get, even with the free fries the order would come out to $20 up just for the boneless wings alone. I would just be spending more money and makes the free fries kind of pointless.

Ordered my food for 11:00am and when got there wasn’t ready , asked to see if was done 2 times I got “ it’s being prepared” & “waiting on fries” I waited a whole hour not once did they check to see if my order was back there. Saw very one get there food but us, top it off they didn’t have my ticket. A whole lunch break was wasted on not getting food. Disappointed all we got was sorry about that !

Its 5:29 pm 11/10/23 the girl at the register got the order wrong. I brought it to her and her attitude sucked. I asked them to do my fries well done and they were legit soggy as hell. Then they got one of the wing flavors wrong and just threw seasoning on top and gave it back. If you cant handle a food service job then look somewhere else because this aint it for you. Going to Bandera location now on
