Ordered ahead (at 4:00) online to schedule pickup for 7:00. Arrived at 7:00 and was told it would be another 45 minute wait for 20 wings.

Ordered here a handful of times. When we've dined in, it's been a good experience. Except the fries, always overcook them and never seasoned right. Delivery on the other hand, they can never get right. 100% of the times we've ordered, we always get the wrong order or half the order. It's not the delivery service company getting it wrong because I get the bag with my name, no receipt. Fries again never come seasoned when we pick the extra seasoning option and we get the crumbs of the fries. I have to call to get it fixed and have to wait another 1hr to get my right order delivered.
Food was what I expected which wasn't bad AT ALL. Ordered the spicy korean and Hawaiian. The cashier was kind & patient & even did her job with offering us a promo. The restaurant was busy with online orders & walk in orders so our order took a while (which is understandable). Taste ✅️ customer service ✅️
I don't get why their rating's so low; the food was good and quick, the service was nice, and the place was clean.
Food is not very delicious without the sauce. You have to buy the sauce. At the other branch, it comes with our order. The staff do not know how to explain to the customer. The first time we ordered, it took a longer time. Very disappointing
Slow service
Usually I would give this location 5 stars but todays service was not the best. I had placed an order online but had changed my mind on the flavor so I called in to see if the flavor could be changed. I was on the phone for 30 minutes on hold. I did get to speak to someone for a minute about the flavor and was placed back on hold and the person never came back on the line. Second, I sent my husband to go pick up our order which was for 6:45. He got there at 6:30 and waited . The order was not given to him until 7:10. He was just watching them give out other orders when ours was just sitting on the green shelf. He had to go ask about it since he had seen my name on the ticket when he got up to ask about our order. Now our food is cold
Extremely disappointed with my order from Wingstop. My lemon pepper chicken tenders were completely burnt, and yet they still thought it was okay to package and serve them. It’s unacceptable to receive food in that condition. Quality control needs serious improvement!

I typically order for pick up and the last 3 times they have been SAUCED TO PERFECTION! I don't know how to express how overjoyed it makes me to not have dry wings. Whoever they have in there saucing the last month is doing the lords work 🙌 I usually don't love wing stop and can go a few months between ordering but I have probably got it once a week for the last month because I'm obsessed. Please keep it up, keep them saucy!
SUPER rude at this location! I placed an order online and received it wrong. I requested to speak to the manager and asked his name. His response was “manager”. Began to correct me on how on his end it placed the order differently. As a manager he should just apologize for the inconvenience and correct the issue. Instead of correcting the customer!
Fast service looks busy all the time!
Order a ten piece and a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink, and my wings and chicken sandwich was warm but the fries for both orders were cold and whithered. I requested extra seasoning and when I opened the bag it seemed as if they went lite on the seasoning. I work less than a mile away and felt that my food should have still been hot by the time I got back to the office.
Don't expect to get your order on time even if you order 2hrs ahead to pick up later
