I’m disgusted by my most recent order. Some of the wings are too old to eat. They are mixed in with a few new pieces which I can only assume is intentional to avoid giving refunds. I’m going to try anyway but I will likely never eat here again.

First they messed up my order with the wrong flavor and then after they made it difficult to get the replaced after multiple frustrations I decided I just wanted my refund I had to drive all the way back to the store dropped off the food where Michael your “manager” was the rudest employee I’ve ever met I’m not even sure how you make someone like that manager then he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t provide a proof of refund or show anything even saying I was refunded he kept saying it will be 5-7 business days and got ruder every time refused to help and just kept saying I don’t know what to tell you and being snooty how does a manager not know what to do or say someone you put in charge openly admitting he has no idea what he is doing seriously and acting like a child what kind of company are you running

What happened? We ordered through postmates today and the boneless were smaller than my thumb. *2inches* Looking like panda express orange chicken and the fries were completely different. Hopefully it was a one off but also the fries were like those lamb weston hand cut fries which are good but theyre not wingstop fries.
