This Wingstop is always behind. Management doesn’t understand when someone puts in an order for A SPECIFIC TIME that I should be honored. I usually come to this place five to ten minutes behind, knowing that they’re “just gonna be that way.” What that says to me, poor management. You run a wing place where things are fried. Ever heard of a double fry? Makes your item that much more crispy. You all should learn how to do that.

This place is always late! I’ve placed a couple of orders, and none of them have been ready on time. This last time, knowing they’d probably be late, I left my house at the scheduled pickup time just to give them extra time — and even then, I still had to wait 30 more minutes because the order wasn’t ready yet. What’s the point of ordering online if we still have to wait at the store like we just walked in?

Anna is absolutely amazing, she handled a terrible situation from Another location and made it right w no questions and qualms. We had originally ordered wings from the 17230 Autry Pond road. The order was over fried and all theming were extremely dried/rubber. We were unable to go back and when I called to get the order remade the manger hung up on me and my husband and refused to work with us. Mind you we spent a lot of $. We had no idea there was a rule that a reorder must be rendered within 14 days. Left us to believe the management needs work and unfortunately they lost customers permanently and the 281 location gained us as loyal customers. Not only was everything correct on our remake order, but it was fresh and delicious. Much thanks to Anna and her team for excellent customer service. It is apparent you are a quality manager. Highly recommend 281/Evans location.

Called in an order for pickup and they had left out part of the order- incredibly inconvenient, but it happens. Called the store after getting home and discovering that they had not put everything that was ordered and paid for in the order. Simply asked for a refund for the chicken tenders were left out. The response? “You have to return to the store for a ‘re-make’ or the refund”. Return to the store to get a refund of $7 on a $57 order? Your customer service/service recovery policies suck. You make a mistake, and then expect the customer to be further inconvenienced by having to drive all the way back to the store for your mistake. You have the card that was used, it would take nothing to refund the $7. Terrible and will not go back there

Oh my gosh, I ordered through the WEBSITE and it went through door dash and they struggled to find our address the dasher said they delivered our order which they did not. When I called Wingstop to figure out what was going on I was hung up on TWICE!!! I have texts proving they never delivered it.

Food is decent but service is severely lacking. I feel like I’m irritating the cashier just by walking in the door. I’d recommend takeout instead of dine in and the soda/tea for some reason taste a bit off.
