I'm not one to complain, but come on. Why are my boneless wings smaller then quarters. I've gotten small wings from them before, but they always add extra wings to make up for it. Not this time! Ordered 10 wings, probably was equivalent to 5 wings from their competition.

I have been coming to this Location for years but with new Management everything has changed!!No smiles at all!The employees look so un Happy working here.!The Manager Matthew is not professional at all!!He is very rude to his Employees and just the way he presents himself is not good.It is a very different enviroment now that this New Manager came in!I will be calling corporate on him!!!A Customer is Always Right Matthew Remember that

Wings were great... Once I got them. I placed an order online, prepaid, and showed up at recommended pickup time. They said they didn't get the order and maybe I sent my order to another location. I showed them my online receipt and they were like 'Ohhh'. They said they were working on it. Long story short I had to wait an extra 30 minutes in the dining area. No apology, offer for water as I waited. The cashiers were too busy talking to each other than paying attention to the customers. I literally saw an order come out and sit on the counter for over 15 minutes before realizing it was for a customer already waiting.
No the cooks fault at all. The wings and fries were delicious. Cashiers on the other hand were slacking.

Alex at this location was very rude telling me I had to leave while I was eating my food because it was 12:01 am , he told me very rudely and unprofessional
I called this location to place an order and the girl at first answered and then put me on hold. I sat on hold for a good eight minutes. No one picked up. I called back. She didn’t even answer. They just picked up and put you on hold I sent my husband up there to just order And he said they were all standing around just talking the girl at the front counter. Actually took the phone off the hook. She must really hate working there. Very poor customer service we went to a different location and Just got our food.

As a frequent visitor to this Wingstop, I usually rave about their amazing wings and excellent service. However, my latest experience took a disappointing turn. My husband and I were served cold wings, which was a letdown. When my husband approached the manager about the issue, things went downhill quickly. Instead of addressing our concern, the manager responded with an unprofessional attitude, raising his voice and dismissing the issue. He insisted that the cold wings were not his problem, attributing the issue to the open backdoor on a particularly chilly night. It's frustrating to see such poor customer service when we know they can do better! That said, the actual team was nice and professional. They promptly remade our food without hesitation and in a positive manner. When Dana, one of the cooks, delivered our food, she was kind and attentive, and several other cooks returned to check on us. Aside from the manager, the team demonstrated strong service and professionalism
