Truly disappointing, I really like the wings but the fries are getting worse and worse. I’m leaving you a photograph of how they arrived completely burnt, inedible, with too much oil flavor, horrible, money literally thrown in the trash.

Really rude staff. Unprofessional. I called to place an order. They took a very long time answering, and when they finally picked up, they were talking down to me.
I did not feel like they were at all hospitable. The girl server, and her manger came across as very self-absorb.
I was shocked by the blatant disregard for a customer. I would never treat a customer the way they talked to me. I do not recommend this location.

21 bucks for 10 piece traditional combo. Am I the only one who thinks that's insane it's a 50% price increase from recent years. Anyhoo this place is slower than the DMV and very unorganized. I do door dash and I ALWAYS have to wait at minimum 20 mins after app has said customers order is ready. And I see all the mistakes giving people wrong orders customers coming back to complain of quality orders that just sit there while customer wait. I remember wings stop being so good. It's sad. Also for the charge of the ranch to the owner CEO or franchiser who was in charge of that you should watch the give them the pickle you tube video.

Last night we put a phone call order and the young lady told me it would be 20 min, I got there just around 24min and paid sat down cause they said they’re working on it. I was literally there for almost 40min and when they realized my bag was on there rack they asked me for my name I told them. She grabbed the bag tried to play it off like I didn’t notice that it had been sitting there. I literally told her so you’re just gonna give me my food that has been sitting there for a very long time she said it’s still warm. So rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service never will I go back again. I would have requested a new order but I had already been there for over 40 min and I had two kids tired and ready to go.

Went in last night at 9:52 pm .
Everyone rushing to close . The girl that took my order was told twice needed boneless. Went all the way home and it was traditional and by the time i went back they were closed.
Sucks how I can’t. Get the order I asked for repeatedly. And then when I go back to get it replaced . They’re closed . I’m holding on the receipt. This will be the last time I spend any more money at Wingstop .

Terrible management/service. Placed an online order that said it would be ready at 7:01. Showed up at 7:04 and was told 20 more mins. We brought up ETA the app provided and were told the stores system is not linked to the app. 20 mins later still no food. Asked for the status. This time they couldn't find my ticket in the stack of pending tickets. Meanwhile, they were shuffling everyone else's tickets while looking for mine. Asked for the manager and requested a refund. Dominique (manager) said she could not process the refund because it was an online order. The only manager that could process it, is at another store. She said the manager would be calling us at 8 to process the refund. We left our contact info. Here it is 8:58 and still no phone call from said manager.
Food service was pretty wack and the food gave me a stomach ache,out all the wingstops ive been to,this by far is the worst,which sucks since its the one closest by my house
