Came in here on a Saturday after noon. The server upfront was not great. Walked in didn’t greet just stared at us. She looked as if she didn’t want to be there. She looked annoyed with customers walking in. But other than that, food was great. Seasoning was on point. Overall good place just need a better sever.

Hands down gotta be one of the worst wingstops in town. Always barely seasoning and never well done. Its like they ignore it. Also the fry cook is for sure not tossing out the bad wings like they are suppose to. Wont be coming back to this location. For the lroce its not cool and food was cold. Requested a future time but im sure it was done way prior. Used to work at a location back in college Nd can tell they just dont do it right here

As a food service worker as well I understand the hardships of busy.But for people to be JUST on the computer standing around is crazy, when the restaurant is dirty. Tables drink station restrooms floors. Over flowing trash cans.My food was RAW.I couldn't even get a drink, because there was no more tea. (I don't drink soda)The lady calling shots from the back was nice enough to replace my raw sandwich. But I just hope it don't happene again to anyone.

big thank you to i guess “Aaron”, at least that’s what it said on my receipt. the place was dead but he greeted me properly and told me to have a good day. something most cashiers here didn’t which made me quite sad. i come here quite a bit and most cashiers seem to act like i’m an inconvenience to them. i’ve only seen this cashier the last time i went and today but each time he was very kind and i appreciate that.

Did an online order, walked in 10 minutes after it should have been ready. Waited 15 minutes and while the employees did nothing and it turned out my food has just been sitting out the whole time and they handed it to me cold. No one was checking orders. Just standing there.
My first time at this location was a week ago. I had a To Go order & when I got home my order was wrong. Wings were spicy hot, which we don't do spicy so they were not eaten. I called right back & spoke to a manager by the name of Abel. He kindly said to save my receipt & to go back at my convenience so that they could re-do my order correctly at no charge. I returned today & they re-did my order but I was disappointed once again. Out of ten boneless wings only two actually had chicken meat in them, all the rest were nothing but hard pieces of crust which went straight in the trash!! I was not gonna waste my time & call to complain again so needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment ever.

I was lied to like 45 minutes of my order waiting for fries but come to find out they had given my fries out so I had to wait longer my regular wing stop location would NEVER and we live down the street from our location and every time we order out they don’t EVER have us waiting longer then 20 minutes . And our order is always ready ahead of time with the food fresh this was VERY inconvenient and waited wayyyy past our waiting time .

Cashier stated they weren’t accepting anymore orders when I tried ordering food to go for my brother but yet neither of the registers were closed and they didn’t close them until 30 min after I asked so I don’t understand why they couldn’t accept an order for an 8pc and before we left we hear the employee who was about to throw away a bunch of wings ask his coworkers if they wanted any so they weren’t wasted, I wish I had the cashiers name because she was very rude to myself and family when all they asked for was straw because there was none at the drink station, we never have any issues with this location so I don’t know if the cashier was having a bad day and decided to take it out on us or what

I have dined and called in for take out more I've had the sad luck that the quality has seemed to decline or that they forget to tell your order is ready. So this last time I got my food was cold and seemingly over cooked, or reheated. I was not happy with the quality.
Haven't visited in months due to food quality but returned to give another chance.Food was awesome fresh food. Satisfaction Guaranteed. Thank you guys.
It took SO long just to get an 8 piece order of classic wings. Almost an hour and ended up getting a refund too for waiting so long. Their air fryer broke, but the cashier failed to mention that before completing my order. Won't be back here.
